Penn State vs Pitt

But it is not what you think.  This is unrelated to sports, but the Marcellus Shale formation has pitted Penn State vs Pitt in a rivalry for politicians and public funding.  Here is an NPR...

Unaware of the repercussions, Fugi takes Selena to Cleveland for their first date. After the Christmas Story house, they visited such notable Cleveland landmarks as the World's Largest Rubber Stamp (yes, stamp, as without that word, there would be no use for it in this case), Stuffed Balto the Wonder Dog, The Shoe Tree, Eggshelland, and The Polka Hall of Fame. They had such a good time they decided to jump into Fugi's 1992 Chevy Celebrity and go tattoo shopping in Columbus. Everybody does it.

My buddy and his sons, Cowboys fans all, got me this autograph after a game last year. Unfortunately, the 8 year old twins had it in their room, and it got slightly crinkled. Haha Blocking and framing should help. They said he was very nice and very gracious, and they are excited to have him on the team. I thought it was cool that they thought of me when they met him.

Our friends son is playing against this kid, Deron Royster, in a playoff game next week. Is it bad karma to root against a running back named Royster?

Root, the first original American liqueur since Prohibition and its PA origins: ROOT traces its heritage all the way back to the 1700s when colonists were first introduced to the Root Tea that Native Americans would drink as an herbal remedy. Brewed from sassafras, sarsaparilla, wintergreen birch bark, and other roots and herbs, Root Tea was used to cure a variety of ailments. As colonial settlers passed the recipe down form generation to generation, the drink grew in potency and complexity. This was especially true in the Pennsylvania hinterlands where the ingredients naturally grew in abundance. These homemade, extra-strong Root Teas were a favorite in colonial homes and public houses all over the northeastern colonies. http://www.artintheage.com/spirits/history/ Both links have some great information.

Humor Keeps the Sky From Falling!

I've been a Penn State fan since I was seven years old.  I graduated in 1983, a National Championship year.  I love seeing the Lions win, but even when they lose, I am happy just to watch them...
