I feel your frustration.
Everyone knows the Bucs are in a re-building phase. The problem is they have not hired anyone with the proven track record of being able to build a franchise.
Dominik.... No GM experience.
Morris ..... No Head Coach or Defensive Coordinator Experience.
Before anyone says experience is not an indicator of success answer two questions.
1) If you are going to build a house for you and your family, are you going to hire a general contractor with no experience?
2) If you need to have your engine rebuilt on your vehicle, are you going to take it to Jiffy Lube?
This team needs to go and get Holmgren. Or at the very least go get Tim Ruskell who just resigned in Seattle. They need to be brought in on a high level position to supervise those with less experience. If Dominik and Morris were accountable to someone else instead of the Glazers. Say someone who actually knew about football I think we would have seen more progress by now.
This upcoming draft is way too critical to the direction of the franchise as a whole for the next decade to come, to leave it up to people with very few credentials.
My biggest fear is that the status quo will be accepted and this golden opportunity that we have in this years draft will be wasted. Please Glazers bring in a VP of Football operations. Make the GM and Head Coach accountable to him and turn this franchise around quickly.
All of the die hards will say .... Dungy didn't have experience. But I will point out to them that Dungy had an experienced GM the tools for success were in place when Dungy took the job here.
If we fail to put someone with experience in charge of Morris and Dominik to act as a mentor I think this could be the beginning of another decade of futility. I will still be a fan but I will be a fan that will weep for what could have been too.

Looking for a holiday gift Help Requested
Hello,
I was wondering if I could get some help from some Red Sox fans out there. Here is my dilemma...
I am looking for a gift for my nephew (who is a huge Red Sox fan), he is also a huge Manny Ramirez fan. I have been looking online trying to find a Red Sox Manny Ramirez (home replica) jersey. I ordered one from a site that said it was in stock and 3 days later received an email saying that they were no longer in stock. The crux of the situation is I can not seem to find them anywhere on the internet other than ebay. I do not want to go through ebay to buy a gift for him as I have had several bad experiences with buying jerseys off of ebay. Can anyone point me in the right direction where I can find a Manny Ramirez replica home jersey size Adult Large? If you find it online post a link and it would be much appreciated and My nephew would love to get one for Christmas and I would be most thankful to any of the Red Sox fans here who could help me in how to get one.
Happy Holidays to all

Rosterbation In Full Swing for Crawford
Hot Stove seems to be in full swing about Crawford. Yanks fans coming out of the wood work in the comments section rosterbating over CC. Some comments are more insightful than others. I do not see CC staying with the team and in return I would like to see him traded to an NL team or at least a non AL East team. In return a blue chip catching or 1B prospect would need to be included with other sweetners to pique my intrest.
Where ever CC ends up I wish him the best, but, I am content enjoying watching him play while he is here. However long it is remains to be seen.

Article about Harry and Todd Kalas
Fathers Day Article about Harry and Todd Kalas
Even though I am a Rays fan, I am glad Harry got to call the world series win for the Phillies. Harry went out a champion. Moving article .... Happy Fathers day to all dads out there. The game of baseball has helped bring so many fathers and sons together. Baseball is more than a game it transcends society and brings families together. Harry meant the world to Philadelphia. Todd means the world to us here in Tampa Bay. My only hope is that the Rays front office realizes this and moves Todd in to the booth with Dwayne Staats for the Rays. Todd would make a great color man for our broadcasts since Joe Magrane left our booth for the MLB network at the end of last season.
I am glad Harry got to call the Phillies world series win. Even though it meant that my Rays were not World Series champions, I have kept the perspective that baseball is just a game. Harry went out a champion and I for one am glad he did. Hopefully Todd will one day be allowed to call a World Series win for the Tampa Bay Rays.

Suggestions Welcome!!!
As a life long Tribe fan and living in Tampa, I have never had the opportunity to see them play at home. That is about to change. I will be in Cleveland on 06/13 and 06/14 to see them take on the Cardinals. My question to all of those that have been to a home game for the Indians and the city of Cleveland in general is as follows.
What do I absolutely have to do when I go to the Jake/Progressive Park or in the city of Cleveland in general? I don't wanna do anything too tourist oriented. I would like something that is just a secret of the locals. All suggestions welcome.

Ken Rosenthal Reports Red Sox have inquired about Victor Martinez
"Of all the players we've had here, there is no finer human being, probably no one more proud to be an Indian, no more vested in the organization than Vic," Indians general manager Mark Shapiro said Sunday night.
I don't think this should even be discussed. I see Cliff Lee being traded before V-Mart. This would really help the Red Sox too much in my opinion. I also do not think the prospects in return would help the Indians in the long run either. With the exception of Masterson.
IMO ... They signed their Big Papi let them eat the contract.

From a Buccaneers Fan
Even though you guys came into Ray Jay and thoroughly trounced us. I am a Buccaneers fan first and foremost, but, in the AFC my favorite teams have always been the Chargers and the Bills.
I watched you guys thoroughly handle the Buccaneers and the Chargers are a dangerous team that could end up going all the way this year. I think the most intriguing match up would be to have Carolina and San Diego in the Super Bowl this year. Not sure how the ratings would be but it would make for one heck of a game. When our season went out with a whimper and we had an at home loss to Oakland of all teams I officially took off my Pewter and Crimson and put on the Blue and Gold.
Phillip Rivers earns my respect because he isnt trying to be the pretty boy QB like Manning or Brady and he isnt out there selling anything they will put his face on. But he is out there ready to fight for each and every one of his team mates. That in my book is a leader and I see him taking that biggest step forward this year.
I wish you guys well and hope to be welcoming you into the fraternity this year of 1st time Super Bowl winning franchises. Tampa Bay won in San Diego... Ironic that this years Super Bowl is in Tampa. Could be an omen of sorts.

Broncos Fire Shanahan
Breaking News ...
The Broncos have fired Mike Shanahan.
Brian and Joel Glazer seen running for the phones. Gruden and Allen seen with the Deer in the headlights look.
This goes to prove that no coach in the league is automatically untouchable regardless of tenure or past successes. I for one think that Shanahan has a proven history of good game management and runs an effective ball control offense. This would be a good fit in my opinion for Tampa Bay. I am not sure I would give him Coach and GM responsibilities but Head Coach definetely.
