BC. Where is HE?
Can I get a valid reason why BC hasn't got more playing times toward the end here? I mean seriously, when the guy plays the Marlins win! No one can argue that. The past couple of games they have given him the start, the Marlins have won, and usually big. I would love to see some statistics from Dan 2.0 on the Marlins winning percentage when BC starts. He deserves get a starting role next season after his play for the Marlins.
Brett Carroll-Team over Me.
I have been hearing stories about this guy and how he plays the game. People tell me stories of things he does on the field and how he hustles and i finally got to see it happen last game when he made a great catch to end the game and finish the sweep of the Nats. There are many players in this league that come off the bench and play for their teams, but there are not many players that do it the way he does. He is an asset to this team and I think he does more for the team than people give him credit for, especially adding to the chemistry to the team. If you saw the praise he got from his teammates after he made that catch, from Hanley particularly, it shows that his love for the game and his attitude rub off onto his teammates. There are some starters on the team that wouldn't get the praise like he did. What are his chances of becoming an everyday player and if not what are the marlins going to do with him? Don't want to lose this guy. Thoughts?
Brett Carroll
There must be some reason that the Marlins have been holding this kid back, because it looks to me like he is tearing up Spring training. I have heard that his defense is his biggest attribute, but it looks to me like his bat is starting to come around. Anybody who has been watching the games, what does he play like and what are some thoughts on him filling an outfield spot opening day? And is his arm as good as everybody says?
