McPherson vs. Laroche

I have been trying to figure out my 3b situation for the upcoming season. I currently have Andy Laroche at 3b. I've been looking over Dallas Mcpherson recently and noticed that both he and Laroche have a similar risk/reward going for them. I was wondering what everyone thought of these players and which one they think will have the better season and/or carreer. Laroche has Pedro Alvarez waiting right behind him as does McPherson with Matt Dominguez. Mcpherson if healthy can mash HR although with a high K rate. Laroche is a big mystery. He has a great k/bb ratio and if healthy can hit for avg. with 20-25 Hr. Who do you go with here? I also have Matt Dominguez in my minors so would it be better to grab Mcpherson so I at least have the starter and replacement?

Im in a 24 team dynasty league with minors....

I have been offered Chris Young and Freddy Garcia for Anibal Sanchez. My pitching is somewhat suspect but i have some serious arms in the minors. What should I do?

My team is as follows;

Wieters

Mcab

Utley

Rollins

Laroche (plan on getting an upgrade at 3b)

Cameron

Dukes

and right now Fowler (need an extra OF)

with Hafner has my DH

Minors pitchers that are close are

Henry Rodriguez

Jeff Samardzija

and i also have other elites like jarrod parker, bumgarner, drabek, etc. but all are farther away... I also own 3 1st rd picks and a high 2nd rd pick but pitchers are difficult to obtain in the draft.

Should i do this trade?

Baltimore has sent Ramon HernandeIz and 2-3 million in cash to Cincinatti for Ryan Freel, Brandon Waring and Justin Turner.... More importantly, this apparently clears any opposition to Matt Wieters starting the 2009 season as the Orioles starting backstop... Anyone else as excited as I am about this? Let the Age of Wieters officially begin!
