Corey Pronman with a great write up on the Florida Panthers prospects... the future is bright indeed... lots of potential first liners... surprised by the rankings of Corban Knight and Vincent Trochek... it looks like we'll be a serious contender not too far from now... and Jacob Markstrom is only ranked 11! Also surprised by the inclusion of Casey Wellman in the top 15... this trade may have flown under the radar, but looks like we'll get value out of it.

Corey Pronman ranks the Florida Panthers as having the best prospect system in the NHL in a new article at hockey prospectus, followed by the New York Islanders, Detroit Red Wings and Minnesota Wild.

Said Pronman: "The Panthers system is headlined by stud prospect Jonathan Huberdeau, but it goes on way beyond him. Florida has accumulated not only depth, but talented depth."
