He speculated in last weeks edition that Lew Wolff "has been approved as the new owner of the A's, which will be announced by opening day."</p> <p>Only time will tell if the "by opening day" will apply considering MLB's timeline for announcements has historically been sloooowww. &nbsp;</p> <p>If its all true it would be great news for A's fans everywhere. Hopefully, our most valuable potential free agent has been re-upped.<br /></p>
