First off, let me state that recruiting season and studying are a deadly combination.  Amidst my procrastination and my umpteenth look at the recent Longhorn recruiting hauls, I noticed something pretty interesting.

There is a real chance that in a few years the Longhorns could be built around a core of 5 players named "Jackson." 

Tevin Jackson, Bryant Jackson, Desmond Jackson, Jackson Jeffcoat, and Jaxon Shipley.

I don't know what the odds are that a team could have 5 players named "Jackson", let alone have all 5 be legitimate playmakers, but that is exactly what we may see here in a couple of years.  It would be pretty cool to be able to claim our "Jackson 5" and you know ESPN would be all over something like that.

Now, I'm fully expecting a few "cool story, bro" responses, but hey it's the offseason.  Just imagine the Gameday sign possibilities...
