We know our pick is (26th), and we know what we need in the draft. With the free agents we have, I'll assume we keep the guys I asked to keep in the "Free Agents: Stay Or Go?" post. The players: Brad Jones, Frank Zombo, Sam Shields, and Evan Dietrich-Smith, Using the CBS draft prospects rankings, I used Green Bay's needs and took players who were projected to be selected in that round (if CBS has them in round 1, I consider them in round 1). Here's my draft right now:

1st round: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama

Green Bay could use some help stuffing the run. After shuffling the defensive line with Raji moving from nose tackle to defensive end, and Pickett vice-versa, the Packers can use another guy to strengthen that line, as Ryan Pickett continues to age and reach free agency. Last season, the Packers ranked 24th in the league in stopping runners at, or behind, the yard of scrimmage last season. What impresses me about Williams is his ability to stop the run. I think he'll be an efficient run stuffer at either nose tackle, or outside at defensive end. The Packers have some needs on the offensive line, and I thought we should've went OL in round 1, but now, I think Williams could be a very nice fit for the Packers.

2nd round: Kyle Long, OT, Oregon

If the Packers want to create an impact with their running game, they're going to need another running back. Before you add another running back, I'm positive that we need another offensive linemen in the interior. The issue with Green Bay was that they couldn't get their backs to the second level, ranking 29th in second level rank, and 32nd in open field rank according to Football Outsiders. When digging deeper, FO found out it was the tackles that were the problem. Green Bay couldn't run behind the tackles, ranking 30th running behind the left tackle, and 26th behind the right. I like Marshall Newhouse, and he's been solid but I feel like he's more of a guard. If TT agrees and moves him inside, I think Long should be considered. He's big, and he has great feet. I think he has left tackle potential, and could be able to take a nice amount of snaps at LT in his rookie season. Long has a ton of mixed opinion about his stock, but I think by draft day, he'll be a 2nd-3rd rounder.

3rd round: Chase Thomas, OLB, Stanford

Outside of Clay Matthews, Green Bay lacks the players on the outside who can disrupt the quarterback. Even though we ended up with a large amount of sacks (47 sacks to be exact, putting us 4th in the NFL), it was a group effort, and 11 of them came against Chicago. We have Matthews, and we have last season's first round pick, Nick Perry, who looked to be coming out. After that, we have...what? Other than Moses, I don't think we have a really good OLB who can get to the QB. If I could have any guy after round one, I think I would pick Chase Thomas. I watched this guy for three seasons, and thought he would be a good pass-rusher in the 3-4. With Perry and Matthews, I think Thomas could be a really nice backup who can play solid in run defense just as well as creating pressure on the QB.

4th round: Mike Gillislee, RB, Florida

Along with the offensive line not creating holes for the backs, we also don't have a solid back. DeJuan Harris was solid in the games he was called upon, but Benson? Green? Starks? Something must be done. For this Packer offense, we need someone who can run in and outside of the tackles, as well as catch from out the backfield. In his one solid season at Florida, Gillislee showed all of that. Between the tackles, outside the tackles, catching out the backfield, he was huge for Florida's offense. If TT goes RB early, I don't think MG will be the pick, but if he waits, Gillislee should be high on his list.

5th round: Levine Toilolo, TE, Stanford

Jermichael Finley wants to return. I don't think we should aim for a TE in the earlier rounds, and leave TE as a later round option. With Zach Ertz overshadowing him, Levine Toilolo doesn't exactly have the numbers, but he could have the ability to get the ball. With Finley staying another season, the Packers could bring in Levine to groom him as his potential replacement. He still has a ton of things to work on like his route-running ability, and he could bulk up a bit and become a better blocker, but he's the lottery ticket I enjoy in the later rounds. If he pans out, could he become what Jake Ballard was for Manning?

6th round: Corey Fuller, WR, Virginia Tech

Greg Jennings and Donald Driver are gone this offseason. If so, we have Cobb, Jones, and Nelson as the experienced WR's. The Packers have also brought in Jeremy Ross and Jarrett Boykin to work it. With the three WR's moving up a spot, the 4th WR position is open. I think the Packers could bring in one more WR, and Corey Fuller seems like a nice candidate. He's big (6-2), lean (200 pds), and he's fast (expected to run a 4.3 40). He also transferred from Kansas after running track and field. Much like Toilolo, he's another lottery ticket offensively that could work out.

7th round: Michael Mauti, ILB, Penn State

I'm a sucker for good stories. Mauti tore his ACL in 2009 (forced him to take a medical redshirt) and 2011. I think he'll drop, due to his injury history (he was also struggling through injuries in 2008 and 2010). He seems like a guy with high character, plus I think he's very solid in defending the run, and he's good in wrapping up on tackles. He was ranked 5th round on CBS, but I hope he falls so we can take a chance on him. In round 7, I just want a gamer. If he works, I think he could be depth at ILB/practice squad.

Thoughts?

Should Green Bay Go Back To The 4-3 Defense?

For the second season in a row, the Packers are going home. For the second season in a row, Green Bay is going home with an embarrassing defeat where the defense looked lost for the majority of the game. I don’t know if Green Bay will, but I’m going to assume Dom Capers won’t be back for another season to run the team’s defense. If Capers being fired is indeed the case, should Green Bay going back to the 4-3 defense? Let's take a peak at what we could have here if we did switch to the 4-3

Defensive Tackles: Mike Daniels, Jerel Worthy, Ryan Pickett and B.J. Raji

Oddly enough, all three of these guys played some 4-3 in college. Daniels would best fit as a backup to Worthy, but according to ESPN, he's only 291 pounds, meaning he'd have to bulk up just a bit. Worthy played 4-3 at Michigan State and had 11.5 sacks in his career. I think he could have success as a pass rushing DT. The real wildcard here is Raji. With his size, you would expect him to be a run-stuffing DT, but according to Pro Football Focus, Raji ranked dead last in 2011 in turns of run stoppage. With someone next to him, I'm curious to see how Raji would fit if we switch, but the numbers from last year are encouraging at all.

Forgot about Pickett. He'll probably just be a backup DT who can be a run stuffer.

Defensive Ends: Nick Perry, Erik Walden and Frank Zombo

The Packers would need some help at defensive end. Again, both Zombo and Perry played in the 4-3 in college, and both were very productive in terms of getting to the quarterback. Last season, when Perry got onto the field, I was encouraged at some of the strides he made, but I think ultimately, he would be more effective with his hand down getting to the QB. Zombo has past experience at playing DE, but I would think he could be more of a backup. If Green Bay does go to a 4-3, I'm curious to see if GB goes into FA or into the draft and look for another DE who can do a little bit more with stopping the run. Walden is another potential body who can provide some pass rushing in a backup role.

Linebackers: Clay Matthews, A.J. Hawk, Brad Jones, and Terrell Manning

We're gonna need some linebackers as well. A.J. Hawk racks up the tackles, but he's been mediocre stopping the run and the pass for a couple of seasons now. Moving to the 4-3, I'm not all that sure if we keep him. Brad Jones was alright, but he wasn't really all that better. I want to see Terrell Manning more, and I think we should let either Jones or Hawk go and let Manning be the backup at MLB. At OLB, we're going to need one, but Matthews should be the other one. Use Matthews the same way Denver uses Von Miller, allow him to rush the quarterback from either OLB or DE. He's also excellent in run defense as well.

Secondary: Tramon Williams, Casey Hayward, Charles Woodson, and Morgan Burnett

(I'm leaving Sam Shields out because he is a potential free agent)

I think after his rookie season, Casey Hayward should be a starter. He was downright amazing in his first season, and I don't think that was a fluke. Hayward holds down on spot, and Tramon Williams at the other. Williams has taken a slight downturn since his amazing 2010 season where he ranked 9th among pass plays according to Football Outsiders. I still believe he can be solid, but we should re-sign Shields, and even bring in another corner in the draft. Playing safety, Woodson would be effective as a S who can come up and help on run coverage, or provide some ball hawking skills to the S core. Morgan Burnett could start opposite of Woodson, but if not, we also have M.D. Jennings as well.

Do you think we should go back to the 4-3 if Capers is fired?

For the second season in a row, the Packers are going home. For the second season in a row, Green Bay is going home with an embarrassing defeat where the defense looked lost for the majority of the game. I don’t know if Green Bay will, but I’m going to assume Dom Capers won’t be back for another season to run the team’s defense. Raji

Here's my grades.

Here's my grades.

Arizona Cardinals (Grade: B+)

Best Pick: Michael Floyd

Worst Pick: Justin Bethel

Sleeper: Ryan Lindley

- The Cardinals had no second round pick, but came up golden. Michael Floyd will give them another receiver who will give Larry some space to work with, and should help Doucet ease into a number three role he was born to play. The Cards also gave John Skelton, the guy who SHOULD be the starting QB, some help in the frontline. Bobbie Massie has starter potential, and Senio Kelemete should serve in a reserve role if he makes the team. Not alot of defense in this draft, other then Fleming and Bethel (worst pick because better safety prospects were on the board), both who seem more like depth. Lindley will have time to grow, and is in the best place to solve his accuracy issues.

Atlanta Falcons (Grade: C)

Best pick: Peter Konz

Worst Pick: Bradie Ewing

Sleeper: Jonathan Massaquoi

-The Falcons gave up their first round pick this year for Julio Jones, and that might have been the smart move. For the most part, the Falcons boosted the frontline with Konz, who I felt was a first rounder, and Holmes, who was more of a 6th round guy taken in the third. I think the Falcons are hoping to catch lighting in a bottle with Konz, Holmes, and Massaquoi (who I think will get some time this season as a pass rusher) and pray they find someone as a undrafted free agent.

Baltimore Ravens (Grade: B)

Best Pick: Courtney Upshaw

Worst Pick: Bernard Pierce

Sleeper: Tommy Streeter

- The Ravens moved back and out of round one, and still got two great players. Upshaw should be a solid pass rusher opposite of Terrell Suggs, and Kelechi Osemele could play guard or right tackle. I wasn't a fan of the Bernard Pierce pick because of the other backs on the board, but he could be a nice complement to Ray Rice. I'm high on Tommy Streeter as a potential monster downfield, but other then that? I'm very iffy on the other picks by the Ravens. Good draft overall.

Buffalo Bills (Grade: A-)

Best Pick: Cordy Glenn

Worst Pick: T.J. Graham

Sleeper: Ron Brooks

The Bills did very well. Stephon Gilmore was the fast riser on draft day, and that kinda scares me, but he seems like a solid defensive back. Good, not great. If Gilmore provides 7-10 seasons of solid play, it's a good pick. Cordy Glenn seems like a classic good player who can play inside or at right tackle. T.J. Graham might be a great pick, I wasn't a fan of it because there were better (Sanu, T.Y., Givens, Marvin Jones) players at that position on the board. Guys like Ron Brooks and Zebrie Sanders could make this A class a A+ class if both pan out.

Carolina Panthers (Grade: C)

Best Pick: Luke Keuchly

Worst Pick: Joe Adams

Sleeper: Josh Norman

The Panthers made some interesting picks, but I was disappointed with the non-selection of a defensive tackle. I feel the Panthers should have taken Fletcher Cox, but maybe Keuchly was the pick because of the move to the 3-4? Who knows. I don't like the addition of Keuchly if he's a outside linebacker, like many have projected. Other then that, the Panthers took Silatolu to provide another young offensive linemen, and I like the Frank Alexander pick, because they can use a DE opposite Charlie Johnson. Joe Adams wasn't a bad pick, but that stroke thing scares me a bit.

Chicago Bears (Grade: C+)

Best pick: Shea McClellin

Worst Pick: Brandon Hardin

Sleeper: Alshon Jeffrey

The Bears had a bunch of alright picks. McClellin could be an above average player, or he can be an average OLB who lack the speed to make a whole bunch of plays. Alshon Jeffrey could be a nice complement for Brandon Marshall, or he could be a overweight receiver. Brandon Hardin while there were plenty of better prospects on the board was interesting. Overall, the Bears didn't have a lot of picks, and it doesn't seem like they jumped on any falling prospects.

Cincinnati Bengals (Grade A)

Best Pick: Devon Still

Worst Pick: None

Sleeper: Marvin Jones

The Bengals do what they usually do...do well in the draft. I liked both first round picks in Kirkpatrick and Zietler, and Devon Still was the steal of the draft in my opinion at 53. The Bengals stayed acing with Mohammed Sanu and Brandon Thompson in round 3. Guys like Shaun Prater and Marvin Jones (my sleeper, love his game) will at least give the Bengals some depth at some spots, and if they pan out like I think, the Bengals might be looking at this draft as one of the franchise's best in a while.

Cleveland Browns (Grade: B-)

Best Pick: Trent Richardson

Worst Pick: Brandon Weeden

Sleeper: Trevin Wade

I think the Browns had a C- level first half of the draft, and a A+ level second half. Trent Richardson is elite. I can't hate that pick, but the Weeden pick is terrible for so many reasons. The first? They took him in round one. The second? They took him because there original guy, Kendall Wright, went a couple picks earlier. Third? They felt he wasn't going to be there in round two...then no QB went until pick number 57. To me, it was a reach. Schwartz was actually good because they needed a RT. Hughes and Benjamin? Bleh. I LOVE Ryan Miller, Emmanuel Acho, and Billy Wynn in round 6. I liked Brad Smelly and Trevin Wade in round 7.

Dallas Cowboys (Grade: B-)

Best Pick: Morris Claiborne

Worst Pick: Matt Johnson

Sleeper: Danny Coale

Dallas moved up and got the best defensive back in the draft. Claiborne will service as a starter opposite Brandon Carr. In moving up, the Cowboys gave up their second rounder, and I think it messed up their draft board a bit. In round 3 or 4, I felt Dallas should have grabbed a nose tackle or another offensive lineman, and they went with two OLB's in Crawford and Wilber. Not bad, but a little disappointing. Danny Coale and James Hanna will eventually be nice players for the Cowboys, and this would probably be a C if they didn't move up for Claiborne. Good, but a small question mark in the middle.

Denver Broncos (Grade: C)

Best Pick: Omar Bolden

Worst Pick: Ronnie Hillman

Sleeper: Brock Osweiler

I wasn't a fan of the Wolfe pick. I felt there were a bunch of better DT prospects on the board. It fit a need, so I can't hate it too much, but I like Brandon Thompson or a Jerel Worthy better. Ronnie Hillman in round 3 was odd to me as well, with Lamar Miller or even the undrafted Chris Polk on the board. I did like the Osweiler pick because the Broncos need to groom someone, and I think he can be one of the best QB's in this draft with time. Omar Bolden should be a factor as well as a second or third CB in 2013 or 2014.

Detroit Lions (Grade: B+)

Best Pick: Riley Rieff

Worst Pick: Ryan Broyles

Sleeper: Tahir Whitehead

The Lions got Riley Rieff. Incredible. I thought he'd go top 10, but falling to 22 for the Lions was great, and should help the offensive line. After that? Alot of strong defensive picks. Dwight Bentley will be a starter by the end of this season, Ronnell Lewis is a steal in round 4, and Tahir Whitehead is interesting as a LOLB. The Broyles pick didn't effect the grade much, but I thought Randle would have been the better pick.

Green Bay Packers (Grade: A-)

Best Pick: Jerel Worthy

Worst Pick: Mike Daniels

Sleeper: Casey Hayward

I'm a Packer fan first and foremost. No bias. We did a great job in the draft. The Packers were embarrassed vs the Giants, and went and improved each level of their defense. Perry as the first rounder I wasn't a fan of, but if he can get to the QB, it's all good. As a fan, I loved the Jerel Worthy pick. I wouldn't be shocked if he started day one. Hayward could also start, but it depends on Woodson, and if he can go to safety. B.J. Coleman in round 7 was nice. If he develops into something solid, Green Bay can flip him. As a fan, I was happy with our picks, and the value Ted Thompson got.

Houston Texans (Grade: B-)

Best Pick: Whitney Mercilus

Worst Pick: DaVier Posey

Sleeper: Keshawn Martin

Houston tricked all of their fans they were going with a weapon on offense in round one, only to improve the defense. Mercilus is going to be a monster in that defense, and with Barwin and Brooks Reed, he doesn't have to start right away. The Posey pick was very bad. I had him in round 5 of my draft, but round 2? Yeesh. Brandon Brooks and Ben Jones back to back picks? I liked, gives the Texans some protection for the returning Schaub. Keshawn Martin might be the better WR prospect for the Texans this season. Either way, the Texans continue to draft very solidly.

Indianapolis Colts (Grade B)

Best Pick: Andrew Luck

Worst Pick: Dwayne Allen

Sleeper: Josh Chapman

The Colts added a QB!!!!! Andrew Luck will start right away, and should be properly build around. Cody Fleener in round two, Dwayne Allen in round three, and T.Y Hilton in round three should all help that out. I also loved the pick of Josh Chapman in round five because now, you have that nose tackle you need to run the 3-4 defense. I didn't like the lack of 3-4 prospects, and that effected the grade for me (That's why I didn't like the Allen pick).

Jacksonville Jaguars ( Grade: C-)

Best Pick: Justin Blackmon

Worst Pick: Bryan Anger

Sleeper: Mike Harris

If we were going off the first two picks, the Jaguars get a solid grade. Blackmon not only gives Gabbert a shiny new weapon, but with Evans, Thomas, and Laurent Robinson, he completes a nice little conglomerate of receivers in Jacksonville. Andre Branch? The Jags needed a defensive end, and he fits that to a T. Bryan Anger is a punter....who went in the third round. That dropped the Jags a letter grade. Mike Harris gives them some intrigue as a sleeper, but the Jags came into this draft with some needs, filled a couple, and left us confused with a punter in round three.

Kansas City Chiefs ( Grade: B-)

Best Pick: Jeff Allen

Worst Pick: Devon Wylie

Sleeper: De'Quan Menzie

The Chiefs had some nice picks. Poe is a NT in a 3-4, and should help that defensive line get better. I can also see them run some 4-3 plays as well. Jeff Allen and Donald Stephenson will provide some OL help for this middle-aged line. I LOVE the De'quan Menzie pick, and quietly wanted him for my Packers. I think overall, the Chiefs made some good moves, didn't reach for anyone really, and had one of the above-average classes this year.

Miami Dolphins (Grade: B)

Best Pick: Jonathan Martin

Worst Pick: Michael Egnew

Sleeper Pick: Olivier Vernon

The Tannehill pick will decide this draft, but it shouldn't. The Dolphins had a nice draft. I didn't understand the Egnew pick because Missouri tight ends don't prosper in the league. Tannehill will be what he is, but Jonathan Martin was good for the protection of him as well. The Miami picks, Vernon and Miller, will both provide value as backups, and B.J. Cunningham wasn't a bad pick late as a #3 receiver. In the midst of pressure, the Dolphins had a great draft.

Minnesota Vikings (Grade: A-)

Best Pick: Matt Kalil

Worst Pick: Rhett Ellison

Sleeper: Greg Childs

The Vikings had a great draft. First, they get more picks, thanks to Cleveland being paranoid. Then, they get Kalil anyway. Kalil should protect Ponder at LT, and allow Charlie Johnson to be the LG, thus bolstering the line. Harrison Smith and Josh Robinson provide some depth to the secondary, and the Arkansas receivers, Jarius Wright and Greg Childs, will be guys Ponder can target on the outside. The Vikings got almost all of their needs done in one draft. Great job.

New England Patriots (Grade: B)

Best Pick: Donta Hightower

Worst Pick: Tavon Wilson

Sleeper: Alonzo Dennard

- Could be an A grade, but they took a prospect who wasn't seen as someone who was going to be drafted, so they go to a B. Chandler Jones will be a nice player, and Donta Hightower will be nice, even though I don't know where he's gonna play, and if this means the end of Brandon Spikes in New England. Jake Bequette fits NE's defense as a 3-4 olb, and 4-3 de. Dennard could have been a second rounder, but fell to round seven. I think the Pats did good, but nothing special in my mind.

New Orleans Saints (Grade: C)

Best Pick: Nick Toon

Worst Pick: Corey White

Sleeper Pick: Akiem Hicks

- I don't dislike the Saints pick, but they have some interesting picks to say the least. Nick Toon should be a good WR who can grow in their system. Akeim Hicks, the first pick by the Saints, is a sleeper to me because he isn't ready yet. I think he could be someone we could be seeing later down the road once the Saints get everything together next season.

New York Giants (Grade: B-)

Best Pick: Reuben Randle

Worst Pick: David Wilson

Sleeper: Adrien Robinson

The defending champions had a very solid draft. I'm not a fan of the Wilson pick. Why take a running back in round one? Meh. Reuben Randle to me, was the best pick in the draft. I thought it was a great pick, that could be something scary for the rest of the league. Jayron Hosley will do wonders, and should replace Aaron Ross. While the Robinson pick was more of a interesting one, I think Robinson could be a really good player after going through the system and earning his playing spot.

New York Jets (Grade: B+)

Best Pick: Stephen Hill

Worst Pick: None

Sleeper: Terrance Ganaway

The Jets went looking for a weapon for Rex Ryan's defense, and came out with Quinton Coples, who should be able to play some DE and OLB for Ryan and get to the Quarterback. Coples and 3rd round pick DeMario Davis will be looked upon for some reps and some sacks early. On offense, the Jets moved up for Stephen Hill, who has some huge upside. My sleeper, Terrance Ganaway has some Mike Tolbert to him, so he should be a factor on the goal line. Guys like Robert Griffin for the offensive line, and Antonio Allen should help the Jets in a development role.

Oakland Raiders (Grade: C+)

Best Pick: Jack Crawford

Worst Pick: None

Sleeper: Juron Criner

- I couldn't pick a worst pick, because the Raiders didn't have too many picks. For the most part, the Raiders did good not being the Raiders and taking speed. Jack Crawford was an interesting pick to me, because I think he can get to the QB, and all he needs is time to develop and grow. Tony Bergstrom will get the first chance to flourish, and I think as a guard/swing tackle, I think he will. Overall, good class, and I love the Criner pick because the Raiders were looking for a possession receiver, and he fits the bill to an extent.

Philadelphia Eagles (Grade: A+)

Best Pick: Vinny Curry

Worst Pick: Brandon Boykin

Sleeper: Bryce Brown

The Eagles grabbed the most talent in this draft, and most of it was on the defensive end. Fletcher Cox was the best defensive lineman in the draft, and has a motor to get to the pass rusher. Mychal Kendricks seems like a linebacker who while undersized, has the speed and intangibles to stick. Vinny Curry at pick 59? Wow. Steal. Even the offensive end saw some love. Nick Foles is a longterm prospect, Marvin McNutt is a possession receiver the team needed, Brandon Washington provides some upside as a guard, and Bryce Brown could be something if he gets it all together.

Pittsburgh Steelers (Grade: A+)

Best Pick: David DeCastro

Worst Pick: Chris Rainey

Sleeper: Sean Spence

The Steelers get richer. First, you get the best guard prospect in the entire draft, then you get a potential left tackle, who needs to be brought into the right culture. DeCastro and Adams could be fixture into the offensive line for the next decade. Sean Spence is that linebacker the Steelers take to get to the quarterback after Harrison is gone. I'm also high on Alameda Ta'amu and Chris Rainey, two guys who can provide some depth in there respective positions for this season, and could be the X-Factors in the team's success in the next couple of seasons.

San Diego Chargers (Grade: B)

Best Pick: Kendall Reyes

Worst Pick: None

Sleeper: Ladarius Green

Another team without a terrible/bad pick. Getting Ingram at 18 improves your pass rush, and Kendall Reyes gives you another big body for that defensive line. The pick that I liked was the Ladarius Green pick. With Antonio Gates looking to be on his last knees, I think Green can soak up Gates' teaching and turn that into a decent career. Other picks I liked, but not as much, David Molk, because he can play guard and center, and Edwin Baker, now that Tolbert is gone.

San Francisco 49ers (Grade: C)

Best Pick: LaMichael James

Worst Pick: A.J. Jenkins

Sleeper: Cam Johnson

Odd. The 49ers just reached all over the place to me. A.J. Jenkins was a good value at end of round two, but round one? I'm a little shocked. LaMichael James was a good pick, but with Jacobs, Gore, and Hunter, where are the touches out the backfield? Outside of those picks, I don't know if anyone is a starter, maybe Joe Looney can provide some help at that guard spot left vacant by Adam Synder. I like Cam Johnson as a pass rusher, but this class remains to be seen.

Seattle Seahawks (Grade: C-)

Best Pick: Robert Turbin

Worst Pick: Bruce Irvin

Sleeper: Jaye Howard

Lmao, what are you doing Seattle? The Seahawks decided that value isn't important. Bruce Irvin was more a mid second round pick, but at 15? Wow. Bobby Wagner and Jaye Howard are two defensive prospects I like that could improve that defense, while Robert Turbin and Russell Wilson will give the practices some more importance. Wilson will be pushing Flynn, and Turbin will push, and eventually help Lynch as a backup. The Irvin pick was seemed about 20-25 picks too high, but it's not like he can pan out.

St. Louis Rams (Grade: A)

Best Pick: Janoris Jenkins

Worst Pick: Isaiah Pead

Sleeper: Michael Brockers

I love what the Rams did, moving down, grabbing a guy like Brockers, who could be really good moving forward. Picks like Brockers, Janoris Jenkins, and Trumaine Johnson will bolster the defense, but it's the offensive picks that give me pause. Brian Quick has the size at 6 foot 3, and 4.5 speed, but I don't know if he was the best WR on the board. I liked Stephen Hill more. Isaiah Pead has speed, but man I just don't like that pick. I felt running back was falling, and the Rams could have waited a bit. A part of me feels like Givens will be a better player then Quick, but either way, I loved the way STL just targeted defense, and gave Bradford some decent weapons who he can groom with.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Grade: A)

Best Pick: Mark Barron

Worst Pick: None

Sleeper: Michael Smith

I LOVE the Barron pick. The Bucs added Eric Wright to go with Talib and Barber. No need for Claiborne right now. Barron upgrades what looked like the worst safety spots in the league. The Bucs did add a young prospect in Keith Tandy, who could be a decent backup as a rookie. Doug Martin will be the partner in the backfield with Blount, and Lavonte David is a steal at pick 58. People killed Tampa for not taking Claiborne, but Barron will be just as effective, only in a different way.

Tennessee Titans (Grade: C)

Best Pick: Mike Martin

Worst Pick: None

Sleeper: Taylor Thompson

I hated the Kendall Wright pick. I saw them targeting a WR, but I look at that defensive end. Wright will run and spread the field, but I didn't feel WR was the 1st need. On the other hand, Wright, Britt, Washington, Williams? Wow. Jake Locker smiles on. After that, the Titans add Zach Brown and Mike Martin, two defensive players who can play. I think both will be in the starting lineups by midseason. Martin for sure, his position was needed for TEN. Taylor Thompson will be one of these interesting prospects. A former DE became a TE. Scary. Markelle Martin fell, and could be a starter someday.

Washington Redskins (Grade: B-)

Best Pick: Robert Griffin

Worst Pick: Kirk Cousins

Sleeper: Keenan Robinson

RG3, but Kirk Cousins doesn't make a lot of sense unless you plan to play him a ton of preseason and hope someone goes Kolb-crazy for him. Other then that, the Redskins made a lot of offseason moves for the addition of Griffin, and didn't go crazy in this draft. A reach for Josh LeRibeus was alright because they needed the position. Getting Keenan Robinson in round 4 and Adam Gettis in round 5 was good, both could be prospects for this season and see more time down the road. Alfred Morris as Shanny's late round back, and a couple of DB's end this draft for Washington.

Here's my seven round mock draft, took a while. I would love some feedback on it. If I have a player in multiple spots, let me know. I'll edit. Thank you.

Round 1

Indianapolis- Andrew Luck, QB, Stanford: He almost has to be the pick at this spot. With the Colts taking Luck, the goal now has to be to get some future weapons for him, as well as finding some long term pieces for a new 3-4 D

Washington- Robert Griffin, QB, Baylor: Whoever isn't taking out of the QB's at one, goes number two. Unlike the Colts, the Redskins have some pieces who can play, so the rebuild could be done with Griffin here.

Minnesota- Matt Kalil, OT, USC: The Vikings want to sell this pick and move down, but I think in the end, the asking price is too much, and they will settle on taking Matt Kalil, who's a potential franchise LT that provides protection for Christian Ponder

Cleveland- Justin Blackmon, WR, Oklahoma St: The Browns could take Tannehill here, but the goal should be to give McCoy weapons. If that is indeed the case, Blackmon is the need to go opposite of Greg Little. Blackmon has #1 WR potential

Tampa Bay- Morris Claiborne, CB, LSU: The Bucs could use some help on defense. Talib is most likely to be cut, and with Eric Wright and Ronde Barber, the Bucs can use a #1 DB and Claiborne is the best on the board.

St. Louis- Trent Richardson, RB, Alabama: The Rams could use some help around Sam Bradford at both WR and RB. Richardson could certainly be a complement to Stephen Jackson, who isn't a spring chicken himself.

Jacksonville- Melvin Ingram, DE, South Carolina: The Jags can go anywhere with this pick. I think with no real pass catcher, they lean towards a pass rusher. Ingram fits the scheme and could start from day one.

Miami- Ryan Tannehill, QB, Texas A&M: After failing to get Peyton Manning and Matt Flynn, and settling on David Garrard, the Dolphins will need to look for QB who can give the fanbase hope, and that guy is Ryan Tannehill

Carolina- Fletcher Cox, DT, Mississippi St: The Panthers need someone who can disrupt from the defensive tackle spot. Fletcher Cox is the best defensive tackle on the board, and his ability to play DE in a 3-4 also helps his cause as well, just in case Carolina changes defensive philosophy

Buffalo- Michael Floyd, WR, Notre Dame: The Bills added Mario Williams and Mark Anderson on defense, so I think they lean offense. After Stevie Johnson, they need someone who can catch the ball, Floyd's stock has risen, and he could very well be the #2 WR who can be that man to attack in the middle of the field.

Kansas City- David DeCastro, OG, Stanford: The Chiefs could use some help inside at guard. With not too many major needs, the Chiefs can take a guy like DeCastro, who can start right away and anchor a line.

Seattle-Courtney Upshaw, DE, Alabama: The Seahawks can go anywhere at this time, I think Upshaw is a great fit. Not only does he provide some pass rushing ability at the DE spot, but he can stand up and be a OLB who can get to the QB in some packages.

Arizona- Riley Rieff, OT, Iowa: With no second round pick, this pick becomes REALLY important. Riley Rieff is someone who fits the Cardinals. With Levi Brown back, and Adam Synder added to this line, Rieff could be someone who can come in and be an effective

Dallas- Dontari Poe, NT, Memphis: The Cowboys have some needs, but Poe could fix so many things of the defense. If the Cowboys add Poe, he can allow Ratliff to move to a natural position of DE, and that should only help the defense.

Philadelphia- Michael Brockers, DT, LSU: With so many draft picks, the Eagles can make some noise in this draft. I think the DT spot is a spot that can use some depth. Michael Brockers has upside, but he might not be ready to be an impact player yet, so the Eagles can take him, and rotate him into the defense.

New York Jets- Quinton Couples, DE/OLB, North Carolina: The Jets need a weapon. Couples could be that man. His 6-6, 280 pound frame could give the Jets and Rex Ryan a weapon who can put his hand down as a defensive end, and be someone who can play OLB and attack the QB.

Cincinnati- Luke Kuechly, MLB, Boston College: The Bengals have been looking for a defensive leader, and with two first rounders, why not go for someone who could bring some order to your defense in Kuechly? His combine showed he's not slow, so why not take a day one starter?

San Diego- Cordy Glenn, OT/OG, Georgia: The Chargers can use some help on the defensive line. Cordy Glenn has some ability to not only play at guard, but he can also be a right tackle at times, and that will be coveted come draft day.

Chicago- Stephon Gilmore, CB, South Carolina: The Bears could use another CB. Gilmore is someone with experience, and could play well against some of the top #2 WR's in the league. After Tillman, the Bears CB's are very lackluster.

Tennessee- Stephen Hill, WR, Georgia Tech: The Titans can look at Konz, but I think Hill is a sneaky pick here. Britt is coming off an injury, and other then Williams? Noone is that great. I think the Titans can take Hill, groom him for a season, and unleash Williams, Britt, and Hill in 2013-2014 with Locker at the helm.

Cincinnati- Peter Konz, C, Wisconsin: After a monster defensive addition, help the offense. Konz can come in and be a starter day one, to a much improving offensive line. The question is do you take a C this high in the draft? My answer? Yes.

Cleveland- Jonathan Martin, OT, Stanford: Cleveland could take a RB, CB, or even a DE here, but you need to keep your QB upright, and give your RB's some holes. Martin might not be a good LT with upside, but Martin could be a day one RT, and I feel he can be effective and a positive for that line.

Detroit- Dre Kirkpatrick, CB, Alabama: The Lions need a legit #1 CB, and Kirkpatrick can fit that bill. He has the size, speed, and quietly, the track record, defending against high level WR in the SEC, to be an effective CB in the league.

Pittsburgh- Donta Hightower, ILB, Alabama: Timmons is good, but Foote is on his last leg. Hightower here could give the Steelers some youth in the defensive department, and that's what they need. I think the Steelers look at the OL later in the draft.

Denver- Devon Still, DT, Penn St: With the addition of Manning, the Broncos should focus on defense. Still could be a very good DT, but the addition of Still gives the Broncos some youth to a position that needs more pieces.

Houston- Mike Adams, OT, Ohio St: The Texans could use someone who can catch outside of Andre Johnson, the Texans lost Eric Winston. Winston played RT and now, they need to replace him. Mike Adams has great upside, and that should be enough for the Texans to make that move.

New England- Whitney Mercilus, OLB, Illinois: The Pats could use a pass rusher. After Cunningham, the Pats don't have much. Mercilus has shown the ability to attack behind the line of scrimmage and get to the QB. He can also play DE as well.

Green Bay- Chandler Jones, OLB, Syracuse: The Packers can use someone opposite of Clay Matthews, and Jones could be someone who can fit the bill. While he doesn't have the resume of a first round pick, he provides versatility, and could be effective as a rookie.

Baltimore- Kendall Wright, WR, Baylor: If only Lee Evans held on to that ball. Either way, the Ravens can use a WR. Evans is getting older, but Boldin is as well. Wright can return punts and kicks and be a 3 or 4 WR as a rookie.

San Francisco- Nick Perry, OLB, USC: You can never have too much pass rushing. With no real OT to take here, the 49ers can add more pieces to that scary defense. Perry is somewhat of a project, but he can come in and attack the QB from a reserve role.

New England- Mark Barron, S, Alabama: After adding a pass rusher, the Pats could use some help at the safety spot. Mark Barron is a injury-risk, but he could very well be someone who can become a leader of the defensive backs with his ability.

New York Giants- Janoris Jenkins, CB, North Alabama: The Giants have Webster, Amukamura, and Thomas. However, the Giants could use some more depth with the increased passing game. Jenkins can come in and learn the system and the league with no pressure and could eventually become a starter.

Round 2

St. Louis- Harrison Smith, S, Notre Dame

Minnesota- Kevin Zeitler, OG, Wisconsin

Buffalo-Jerel Worthy, DT, Michigan St

Miami- Dwayne Allen, TE, Clemson

Mock draft 2.0. Now with a 2nd round, some changes, and some explanations on my picks. Feedback please.

Round 1

Indianapolis- Andrew Luck, QB, Stanford: The Colts made this the lock right now, after cutting Peyton Manning. The goal after this pick will be to move with the 3-4 defense, while adding pieces after Luck on the offensive end.

Washington- Robert Griffin, QB, Baylor: After the Redskins picked up this pick in the trade, the Redskins will go and select Griffin. After winning 5 games last season, the Skins could be a potential playoff team in a season or two.

Minnesota- Matt Kalil, OT, USC: The Vikings could use some defense help, but I think the goal should be to protect Christian Ponder, and Kalil could do just that.

Cleveland- Quinton Couples, DE, North Carolina: The Browns have plenty of picks, and could use a great defensive end opposite of Sheard. The Browns have plenty of options at WR and RB, but not starting choices in DE.

Tampa Bay- Morris Claiborne, CB, LSU: The Bucs are looking for another DB who can replace Barber and potentially Talib. Wright is good, but Claiborne has more upside as a number CB.

St. Louis- Justin Blackmon, WR, Oklahoma St: The Rams made some strong moves to help the offensive line and defense line. Now, it's time to add more weapons for Bradford, what better then the best WR in the draft?

Jacksonville- Riley Rieff, OT, Iowa: Odd pick, but with Gabbert very jumpy, you need some help for the offensive line. Reiff and/or Britton have the ability to play both guard and tackle positions, providing some stability to the offensive line.

Miami- Ryan Tannehill, QB, Texas A&M: Pretty sad, but the Dolphins will have to reach and take a QB. With Garrard and Moore, the Dolphins can sit Tannehill for a half a season and groom him.

Carolina- Michael Brockers, DT, LSU: The Panthers love him, he has alot of upside, and he will get the DT spot from day one. The 21 year old Brockers will be someone interesting to watch because he's not a finished project.

Buffalo- Melvin Ingram, DE, South Carolina: Not a fan of Mark Anderson, and you can never have too many pass rusher. Ingram at this low price could be a steal and another piece who can get to Brady, Moore/Tannehill, and Tebow/Sanchez

Kansas City- Dontari Poe, NT, Memphis: The Chiefs made many moves in FA, to the point where they can take Poe for the plug-in piece to the defensive line, and help them get to the QB.

Seattle- Luke Kuechly, MLB, Boston College: The Seahawks could use a reliable upgrade from Leroy Hill, and Kuechly could be that guy. His ability to react to the defense, as well as being a leader could be huge to the defense.

Arizona- David DeCastro, OG, Stanford: After adding Synder and resigning Brown, the Cards could use one more piece on the offensive line, and DeCastro is it. DeCastro can play both LG and RG and be effective.

Dallas- Cordy Glenn, OG, Georgia: The Cowboys have the running game, but not the blockers inside. Glenn could be someone who can vault the Cowboys running game up with his great run blocking ability.

Philadelphia- Devon Still, DT, Penn St: The Eagles have some average DT and could use at least someone who can rotate in and out. Why not bring in a hometown kid who can at least get to the QB?

New York Jets- Courtney Upshaw, OLB, Alabama: The Jets and Bengals can swap picks right now, but I think the Jets will clamor over a pass rusher who they can get their hands on and Upshaw would be that guy.

Cincinnati- Trent Richardson, RB, Albama: Yes, they sign BGE, but Trent Richardson is the best RB in the draft, and in a division where you play Pittsburgh, Baltimore and Cleveland, it gets cold, and you need a strong running game. Richardson gives you that.

San Diego- Whitney Mercilus, OLB, Illinois: Chargers added Jarrett Johnson, but he's more for the run game. Mercilus can join English as pass rushing backups who can get to the QB and be a force on the outside.

Chicago- Jonathan Martin, OT, Stanford: J'Marcus Webb sucks, and Gabe Carimi could be flipped on any part of that line. Martin can be another guy who can be a LT or RT and be effective. He's probably more RT.

Tennessee- Peter Konz, C, Wisconsin: The Titans could use an upgrade at C and Konz is just sitting for them on the board. Konz can start right away and be an upgrade, as well as someone who can push Amano back to guard.

Cincinnati- Mark Barron, S, Alabama: The Bengals added Reggie Nelson, but Chris Crocker is upgradeable, making space for Mark Barron, who's hard-hitting and leadership could push Mike Zimmer for this pick.

Cleveland- Michael Floyd, WR, Notre Dame: The Browns, after taking a DE, could use a WR who can help Greg Little on the outside. Floyd could go higher, but CLE actually fits him as a team who runs a west coast offense.

Detroit- Mike Adams, OT, Ohio State: The Lions brought back Jeff Backus, but there's no reason not to add another offensive tackle who can come in and play some swing tackle, and eventually move in the LT spot.

Pittsburgh- Dre Kirpatrick, CB, Alabama: After Adams goes off the board, the Steelers can use a DB who can eventually replace Ike Taylor. Kirkpatrick can play either CB or S and be effective in two to three years.

Denver- Jerel Worthy, DT, Michigan St: The Broncos, with Manning now could look more towards defense. After losing Bunkley, the Broncos could go and add a DT in FA, but adding Worthy is just as important for depth and youth.

Houston- Kendall Wright, WR, Baylor: The Texans could use another WR who can catch the ball outside Johnson and TE Daniels. Wright slips down the draft, and Houston can take him to catch and stretch the field.

New England- Mohammed Sanu, WR, Rutgers: The Pats will add a WR, even with the Brandon Lloyd addition. Sanu fits as a bigger target, who can get the ball out the sky. While he isn't a blazer, he can be someone who can catch 80-100 balls in his prime.

Green Bay- Andre Branch, DE/OLB, Clemson: Thompson likes those bigger players, so Branch is someone on his board. With the want to upgrade opposite of Clay, Branch is an viable option to be a pass rusher from day one.

Baltimore- Kevin Zietler, OG, Wisconsin: The Ravens lost Ben Grubbs, so the guard spot could be something that needs an upgrade. Zietler could be someone who can start from day one.

San Francisco- Stephen Hill, WR, Georgia Tech: The Niners brought back everyone on defense, so this pick can go offense. Hill is a project, but a year with Moss and Manningham, as well as Crabtree could help him moving forward as a deep threat.

New England- Nick Perry, OLB, USC: The Pats have Cunningham, but after that? No one to speak off. Perry bring some question marks traveling East, but Hoodie will play him at DE and OLB and find out where he can be effective.

New York Giants- Donta Hightower, ILB, Alabama: Jonathan Goff will be back, and Chase Blackburn will be given another chance, but Hightower should be the pick because of his ability to be a starter from day one.

Round 2

St. Louis- Stephon Gilmore, CB, South Carolina: Rams did add Finnegan, but he's older. Gilmore has #1 CB upside and can be a starter from day one opposite of Finnegan for Jeff Fisher

Indianapolis- Alshon Jeffrey, WR, South Carolina: Weapon over defense for now at least. Even with Reggie Wayne resigning, the Colts could use a young WR with upside, and Jeffrey fits the bill.

Minnesota- Ruben Randle, WR, LSU: Obvious pick, the Vikings, after giving Ponder someone in front of him, give him a weapon who can come in and be a solid possession WR.

Tampa Bay- David Wilson, RB, Virginia Tech: Blount had an average season, and Lumpkin left. Wilson is underrated, and can come in and be the backup who can supplant 10-12 carries in the offense.

Cleveland- Zach Brown, OLB, North Carolina: Cleveland can use some help on the defensive end, and Brown can come in and be a good coverage OLB in that defense, and a starter in 2012-2013.

Jacksonville- Vinny Curry, DE, Marshall: Again, the WR didn't fall to JAX, and they won't reach. They kept Mincey, but they can use Curry, who's ability to get to the QB will be coveted by Gene Smith.

St. Louis- Lavonte David, OLB, Nebraska: The Rams could use some youth at this position and David has been rising through the draft, and could be a good backup for next season, with starter upside.

Carolina- Kelechi Oslmele, OG, Iowa St: Panthers can use someone on the offensive line to protect Cam Newton. Good thing about Oslmele is that he can play guard, but also step out and play some right tackle.

Buffalo- Colby Fleener, TE, Stanford: The Bills could use another catcher who can stretch the field, and with Fleener on the board, this is a match made in heaven.

Miami- Harrison Smith, S, Notre Dame: The Dolphins cut Bell last week, so something tells me they could be looking to target a S for his replacement rather early, look no further then Smith, another riser.

Seattle-Kendall Reyes, DT, UConn: The Seahawks have some pieces on the defensive line, but this is for depth. Reyes could be a backup for Jones, or even step out and play some DE at times in the 3-4.

Kansas City-Ronnell Lewis, OLB, Oklahoma: Justin Houston was good, but he was also inconsistent at times. Lewis could be someone who can be a OLB at times, and even take a step inside opposite of Derrick Johnson.

Dallas- Jayron Hosley, CB, Virginia Tech: Even with the addition of Brandon Carr, the Cowboys need to attack this position early in the draft. Not only does Hosley fit the mold of a #2 cornerback, but he can also be someone who can return punts as well.

Philadelphia- Tony Bergstrom, G/T, Utah: The Eagles love offensive linemen prospects, and Bergstrom's ability to play both guard and tackle gives the Eagles someone with upside, who can play multiple spots on the offensive line.

New York Jets- Zebrie Sanders, OT, Florida State: Wayne Hunter is trash as a RT starter, he's better as a backup. The Jets need to add someone who can at least steal snaps from him this year, and eventually replace him next season.

New England- Brandon Thompson, DE, Clemson: The Pats could use some more beef on the defensive line and Thompson is just laying up on the board for them to take. He can be a 4-3 DT, or a 3-4 DE, something the Pats covet.

San Diego- Ladarius Green, TE, Louisiana-Lafayette: Antonio Gates is getting up there, and the Chargers could be inclined to add one. Who's better then a 6-6 target with good hands? Green will go a little bit higher then people think.

Chicago- Dwayne Allen, TE, Clemson: After giving up Greg Olsen last year, a TE is needed to help Jay Cutler. Allen has some upside as a pass catcher, and with Marshall and Bennett there, he won't be relied on too much.

Philadelphia- Kirk Cousins, QB, Michigan State: The Eagles always take a QB and develop him, and I think Cousins is someone the Eagles could be interested in.

Tennessee- Cam Johnson, DE, Virginia: The Titans added Wimbley, but they can still use another pass rusher. Cam Johnson can come in right away and put a fire under Derrick Morgan, who's struggled in his two seasons.

Cincinnati- Philip Blake, C/G, Baylor: The Bengals could use someone who can just provide depth in the middle of the offensive line, and anytime you can get someone who can play center, you should make that move.

Detroit- Markelle Martin, S, Oklahoma State: After getting offensive line help, the Lions could use someone who can play with Louis Delmas. Martin is someone who can hit the QB, just as well as being effective breaking up passes.

Atlanta- Bobby Wagner, OLB/ILB, Utah State: The Falcons lost Lofton, so they can use someone who can play inside linebacker. Bobby Wagner can be someone who can provide some upside and be effective inside and out.

Pittsburgh- Shea McClellin, OLB, Boise State: Steelers always find away to capture a solid pass rusher in the draft. With James Harrison getting older, the Steelers could use the 2nd or 3rd round to acquire a rotational pass rusher.

Denver- Mike Martin, DT, Michigan: Again, the Broncos could use some help at the defensive end spot. With no one of note on the roster, the Broncos could double dip at the defensive tackle spot, and Martin would be another piece.

Houston- Alameda Ta'amu, DT/NT, Washington: Shaun Cody is the NT for the Texans. This isn't a need, but anytime you can get a Nose tackle, you have to do it. There isn't many guys in the draft like Ta'amu

Green Bay- Trumaine Johnson, FS/CB, Montana: The Packers could use another piece in the secondary and Jackson's ability to play safety and corner means he will get on the field early in 2012.

Baltimore- Lamar Miller, RB, Miami: The Ravens don't want to get into a bad situation with Ray Rice, and Miller could be the replacement for Williams, who retired this offseason. Miller can work his way into 10-15 carries.

San Francisco- Derek Wolfe, DE, Cincinnati: The 49ers could use some depth and youth at that DE spot with McDonald and Justin Smith as starters.

New England- Doug Martin, RB, Boise St: The Pats love these gadget players, and Martin provides a upside as a 3rd down back who can also return punts.

New York Giants- Chris Polk, RB, Washington: Giants could use another running back now that Jacobs was let go. Polk is a slight reach, but provides some value as a backup for the upcoming season.

After forgetting to add some key players in my mock, and taking in the feedback, I wanted to edit the mock. Instead of V2, this is mock draft 1.5. Plenty of our there picks, so give me feedback, thanks

After forgetting to add some key players in my mock, and taking in the feedback, I wanted to edit the mock. Instead of V2, this is mock draft 1.5. Plenty of our there picks, so give me feedback, thanks

Indianapolis- Andrew Luck,QB, Stanford

- Lock.

Washington- Robert Griffin, QB, Baylor

- Lock.

Minnesota- Matt Kalil, OT, USC

- Should be a lock, but I wouldn't be shocked if someone wanted to move up for Blackmon or Claiborne. Protect Ponder should be MInnesota's goal, and this pick does that.

Cleveland- Morris Claiborne, CB, LSU

- With two more picks in the top 40, the Browns could add a WR later. I think this pick will come down to Richardson and Claiborne. Claiborne fits what Holmgren likes in defensive backs, so I lean toward him. The idea of he and Haden as your young star CB could entice him.

Tampa Bay- Quinton Couples, DE, North Carolina

- With Claiborne off the board, this pick makes alot of sense to me. The Bucs could use another pass rusher for the front four. Bowers seems more like a backup to me (and that whole knee situation scares me), so Couples opposite of Clayborn and now you have something there.

St. Louis- Trent Richardson, RB, Alabama

- Jeff Fisher loves running backs, and while he does have one, he's going to be 29 years old. Richardson could come in and be the perfect complement to Stephen Jackson. The Rams now have an additional second round pick, so they can find a couple in round 2, so the Rams could continue to supply Bradford with weapons, but run first might be the goal.

Jacksonville- Justin Blackmon, WR, Oklahoma State

- I REALLY wanted to put Rieff here and move Britton back to LG, but I think if Blackmon is here, he has to go to the Jags. With Blackmon, Robinson and Thomas in tow, Gabbert now has some weapons to throw to, so little excuse now. I also wouldn't be shocked if this is a move up spot for a team who wants Ryan Tannehill.

Miami- Riley Reiff, OT, Iowa

- Opposite of Jake Long, the Dolphins could use a offensive tackle on the right end. Reiff is very solid in the mold of pass hawkeye Bryan Bulaga. I think Reiff could come in and provide a solid player at the RT spot. If the Dolphins can secure a deal with Smith/Garrard/Flynn, this pick has to be Tannehill

Carolina- Fletcher Cox, DT, Mississippi State

- The Panthers want a defensive tackle. With two great options on the board, this is a win-win. I like Cox slightly better then Michael Brockers, so I leaned him. With Cox in the middle, the Panthers could be a much better team moving forward.

Buffalo- Ryan Tannehill, QB, Texas A&M

- Here's the intrigue: The Bills did lock up Fitzpatrick, but with the rookie cap, if Buffalo hits on this pick, it's a steal for the Bills. Buffalo could use another pass rusher, but the idea of a QB they can groom could intrigue them to make this pick and keep him, or even move him after the fact.

Kansas City- Dontari Powe, NT, Memphis

- After locking down TWO great FA's in Hillis and Winston, the Chiefs could have taken Tannehill if he was there with no problem. After that not being an option, Powe is a lock here. A 3-4 D needs a NT and Powe fits that.

Seattle- Dre Kirkpatrick, CB, Alabama

- The Seahawks JUST let Marcus Trufant go and invested in the OL heavy last year. I do think the Seahawks could take Jonathan Martin or Michael Floyd, but if the Seahawks feel he's worth the investment, and his past checks out, he does fit a need.

Arizona- David DeCastro, G, Stanford

- Another one of these "makes sense" picks. The Cards could use some more protection up front for Kevin Kolb, and DeCastro fits the bill. Due do his position, he will fall somewhere in this area, and for the Cards, he could be a great asset for Kolb's development.

Dallas- Michael Brockers, DE/DT, LSU

- The Cowboys could use Mark Barron, but signing Pool and bringing back Sensabaugh stops that. Brockers falling here makes perfect sense for the Cowboys since they lack a true pass rusher on the line. Brockers could change that.

Philadelphia- Luke Kuechly, ILB, Boston College

- The Eagles could use another linebacker, but I wouldn't be shocked if they stuck to the idea of OL/DL early. Kuechly, who was left out of my original mock, fits here. He can be someone who can be the leader of the defense, and the Eagles have lacked that at the LB spot since Trotter left.

New York Jets- Courtney Upshaw, OLB, Alabama

- The Jets could use a pass rusher like Upshaw to help ignite the defense. Mark Barron could be another option, but I think the defense could use more of a front four fix rather then a safety. With the Jets looking at safties like Reggie Nelson, they could sign Nelson as a quick fix, then take Upshaw.

Cincinnati- Mark Barron, S, Alabama

- The Bengals have some projects at both safety spots, but Barron is the best of the bunch, and with two first round picks, the Bengals could just make it all easier and take him to replace Reggie Nelson, who's a free agent.

San Diego- Nick Perry, OLB, USC

- A Cali kid who also fits a need. Opposite of Shaun Phillips, the Chargers could use someone who can get to the QB and Perry has the ability to do that.

Chicago- Jonathan Martin, OT, Stanford

- The Bears gave Cutler a weapon in Brandon Marshall, so why not protect him? The Bears have so many pieces to the line, but no stability. If Martin can lock in a spot on the line, he could provide a pecking order to the rest of the positions.

Tennessee- Devon Still, DT, Penn State

- The Titans could use some help at DE, but the Titans could use a DT after Jason Jones left for Seattle. Devon Still was a leader at Penn State, and he can get to the QB, which is something the Titans need since the Titans were one of the bottom teams in terms of sacks.

Cincinnati- Cordy Glenn, OG, Georgia

- The Bengals can use another player on the offensive line, since they play PIT and BAL twice a year. Glenn has some potential as a guard, and a right tackle. That should be enough for them to pick him.

Cleveland- Michael Floyd, WR, Notre Dame

- The Browns could use another weapon after Greg Little, and Floyd fits the bill. McCoy could use someone who can create space with good hands, and as a ND fan, Floyd fits the bill. I think he has upside as a #2 WR.

Detroit- Janoris Jenkins, CB, North Alabama

- With Backus back for another season, I think DET considers OT in round 2 or 3. The Lions' DB were awful last season, and Jenkins provides alot of value here. With Eric Wright gone, Jenkins could come in and take his spot. Don't forget, while Jenkins has issues, he did lock Julio Jones and AJ Green at FLA.

Pittsburgh- Mike Adams, OT, Ohio State

- The Steelers could use offensive line help after Starks got hurt. With that in mind, Mike Adams, while a slight reach, makes sense here. With smart drafting over the past 2-3 years, the Steelers are old, but lack many spots of need.

Denver- Whitney Mercilus, DE, Illinois

- This pick can go so many ways, but I'm going to lean the front four. With Miller used more as a OLB in a 4-3 set, putting Mercilus at DE opposite over Dumervil make so much sense. The Giants also showed, you can never have too many pass rushers.

Houston- Stephon Gilmore, CB, South Carolina

- The Texans could use more DB help. Gilmore is a slight reach here, and the Texans fans do feel they can use another WR opposite of Johnson, but there's so many WR in round 2 and 3, that you might as well get the other needs before taking a WR.

New England- Vinny Curry, OLB, Marshall

After Cunningham's up and down season, the Pats could easily use another pass rusher, and Curry fits the bill. Curry is someone who can create from a OLB and DE position and the Pats love versatility.

Green Bay- Peter Konz, C, Wisconsin

- The Packers just lost Scott Wells to FA, so it makes sense to replace him right away. Konz is a hometown kid who can start right away for the Packers.

Baltimore- Harrison Smith, S, Notre Dame

- The Ravens got some average backup S and Ed Reed is getting up in age. The Ravens could use Smith as a backup in the next couple years, then push him in the rotation as Reed's career wins down.

San Francisco- Kelechi Osemele, G/OT, Iowa State

- The 49ers brought back almost everyone on defense, so it's time to fix the offense. With the additions of Moss and Manningham, you don't need another WR, so to the line. Osemele could play both RG and RT, so he provides someone who can thrive as a offensive linemen who can play spot time at both spots.

New England- Stephen Hill, WR, Georgia Tech

- I know Wright is on the board, but he's 5-10, and the Pats could look for someone with size they can groom. Hill ran very well at the combine, and thanks to DeMaryius Thomas, someone will take a chance on him. With Welker, Woodhead, and now Brandon Lloyd, Hill could be groomed.

New York Giants- Kendall Wright, WR, Baylor

- The Giants don't NEED Wright right now, but he can be someone who can be used. Manningham is gone, Hixon is coming off another torn ACL, and Barden is average. The Giants could take a guy like Wright (who in real life, probably won't be there) and bring him in as a slot guy who can also return punts.
