Moving Marvin on Draft Night

Is there a way we can move Marvin Williams & 2nd round draft pick for a higher 1st round draft pick.

In this way we will have two 1st round draft picks, 2 young projects. Plus we can spread Marvins contract & make good use out him.

Maybe there will be takers, Marvin is a solid SF and can start for any team, plus we will send a 2nd round draft pick along with him. Not a bad deal for any team just for a 1st round pick.

Kings Trade; DeCousins, Jason Thompson, Donte Greene

Hawks Trade: Kirk Hinrich, Marvin Williams, Magnum Rolle

Memphis Trade: Rudy Gay

Kings Receive: Rudy Gay, Magnum Rolle

Hawks Receive: DeCousins, Donte Greene

Memphis Recive: Kirk Hinrich, Marvin Williams, Jason Thmopson

Here we see a 3 trade that make sense for all three team....

Kings loosing their young C/F Cousins who they are willing to get rid because of his attitude & immaturity problems, while getting the SF they needed and which is a better superstar! now they wont have a whole is PF position because they acquired the presence of JJ hickson last draft, so hickson will be their starter, And adding magnum rolle which will replace Jason Thomson.

Hawks trade their starting PG & starting SF, but De'Cousins will allow Al horford to slide in his natural position, which means hawks will get their center. Hawks has a way handling immature and attitude problem players (right Smith?). And getting Donte Greene which will be a good back up player in SF.

Now why will the Memphis Trade their Superstar?? its because they played better and made a great playoff run with out him. While the memphis didn't get a superstar in return, they receive 3 very solid players who will immediately become part of their rotation. which is their needs because they lack team depth. Memphis used S. Battier and Tony Allen in SF position during the playoffs. Having Marvin williams they will get a solid replacement for R. Gay , who can eventualy become a starter or if they resign S Battier they will have 2 solid SF (who will start depends on the coach). Kirk Hinrich is another good team addition, a good solid defender who could start or come off the bench and play both G position (remember O.J. is free agent if they couldn't sign him Hinrich can fill the void). Another player is the young PF/C Jason thompson, He can provide depth and athleticism to memphis. he could start or be back up player to Gasol and Randolph.
