Who is the smartest QB of all time?

Many say Peyton Manning.

I say JaMarcus Russell.

Peyton might know how to call a play at the line of scrimmage that will go for a TD, but Jamarcus was able to outsmart a Hall of Fame coach and owner (Al Davis) into thinking he was worth a #1 overall pick and to get paid before he ever played.

I think this could lead to a new saying. Instead of  "you got hustled", people might start saying "you got Jamarcus Russell'd" .

Perhaps the video  will follow, (to the tune of Da Bears Superbowl shuffle)

"I'm not here to move a muscle, I'm just here to be Jamarcus Russell" 

Many plays in NFL history have lead to rule changes were directly related to the Raiders,(forward fumble, tuck rule, just to name a couple) but this is one that hopefully won't be repeated by any team. Rookie salary cap here we come!
