Everyone seems to want henderson, i too would say, bring him, it wouldn't hurt, my mother, with both hands behind her back, tied to a tree, both hands glued together, and the ball weighing 40 pounds could probably do better than clayton, D-will,(even though he is in ir he wasn't good while he was healthy) and figurs have done so far. and henderson wont be expensive, but he has one big problem that might bother him as a WR.

pros

he's fast as hell

he's 26

he averages 21 yards per catch

he will be very very cheap

cons..

HE couldn't catch a cold in winter, in alaska, in sub zero temprature, naked....see for yourself

1. The Secondary played very very well. Somari rolle is still a top notch corner. Like i said having him back will make this team a lot better. Fabian washinton played well as well. He showed his speed when he chased Ahmad bradshaw down. that was an amaizing play, it showed he is a tough, never let up player, it showed a lot of heart.

2. The O-line held up well. although it was like an ambulance was on standby, they still played well. Flacco also helped out moving around in the pocket. Against arguably the best pass rush it held up pretty well. Against the run.....thats a diffrent strory.

3. Flacco......now now hear me out even though had 2 picks, both weren't bad passes. The first one was just a great play by Ross. against half the corners in the NFL that would have been a completion. although mason was covered really well, it was still a good pass, and a great play by ross. you cant take that away from him. his second pick was a bad play by mason....he should have caught that.

I dont know how we lost this game by this many points we really played well. take away the pick 6, a slightly high pass to Mason in the endzone, and a blocked field goal we lose by 3!!! I dont think any other team will rush for more than 100 yards on us not to talk of 207!!! it was just one of those games that nothing came our way. Tackles that usually get people down were being broken for 60 yards runs. look i dont believe in moral victories, but that game didn't really show how the game went. it wasn't a total beatdown. We still need someone to help mason, even with a dislocated shoulder he still outplayed all our other WRs, and even our TE, thats a shame. Having samari back will make us very good people seem to underestimate what that will do for this team.

I'm very proud of him of late, he has played well, and i'm even growing unibrow, lol IMO it was a no brainer, but thats me. The closest to me was Brandon Flowers from Kansas city, who had 2 picks, and ran One back for a TD. He also had like 6 6.5 total tackles Chis Johson, Kenny Philips, and Donnie Avery were also some of the Nominees. After Flowers, the third best had to be Donnie Avery, He is turning out to be a steal for the Rams, (why cant be ever get a WR steal, thats for another post) . GO FLACCO!!! Wakko 4 Flacco!!!!!!!!! <-------Read all about it!!!

The Ravens as we aLL know Have Had Bad Luck When It CoMEs tO DrAftInG Wide Recievers. We Now Have TwO Promising Big Rookies, in Ernie Wheelwright, and Marcus Smith, They are Both big strong WRs, i Personally prefer wheelwright, he has better hands, and he is bigger. Earnie Wheelwright is a rookie out of Minnetsota, He is 6-5 220, While he isn't a burner, he has great hands, and he can make the play in trafic, he had a great senior season in Minnetsota, and he is a really good possesion Widereciever, although he may not beat you deep, he can find the holes in the defence, and get open. Which seemst to be something our Williams and Clayton couldn't do. THen we have Marcus Smith, who is 6-1, 215. He like WheelWright is big, and has good hands, he is more of a possesion WR, he can make the play in the slot, and he reminds me of a slightly bigger hine ward. He can block, and make plays, which he seemed to do a lot of in college. His hands aren't as good, as Wheelwright, but he is a little faster than Wheelwright. He droped a lot of passes in preseason, but He could still Be solid WR for us. Although these aren't top round picks they are some thing to build on, who knows We could find a jewel. We couldn't hopefully find a Marques Colston, or a Brandon Marshall, you never know. PLEASE OZZIE DRAFT MALCOM JENKINS IN THE FIRST ROUND, AND DHB IN THE SECOND PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We need to put a good cast around this guy to actually make an impact this year in the league we would be fools to think just putting him back there will solve all our offencive problems.

DO WE HAVE THE BEST LINEBACKING CORPS?

i was reading a post earlier, and it got me to thinking, do we have the best linebacking corps in the NFL?, lets look at the roster shall we.

1.we have 1 legend hall of famer, maybe the best LB to ever play the game

2). 3 pro bowlers,( who else can say all 3 of their linebackers are pro bowlers?) Even though scott or suggs wont be here very long, they are still great. and i hope they sign scott, cause he's a great guy, and he actully wants to be here. he is only 26, so he isn't that much older than suggs.

3. We have a 245 pound guy who runs a 4.4(antwan barnes), has looked like a younger, faster, version of T-sizzle, and he also has improved tremendously on his pass coverage, something we all know was never T-sizzle’s stong point(might be better, at pass coverage than suggs)

4.maybe the best cover linebacker coming out of college, and the linebacker with the most upside(tavares godden), if unfortunately we dont sign scott this is our man

5. and jerret johnson, who we has spent so much time on the team, waitiing for his turn, who is 5 years younger than Ayanbadejo, and who they spent all that money on, and who has looked just amaizing in camp, and preseason so far.

thats only a few guys. we still have Ayanbadejo, and a McClen who has looked good in camp.

yes its safe to say..WE DO HAVE THE...BEST LINEBACKING CORPS IN THE NFL!!! HANDS DOWN

we have speed, size, strength, and we have a legend, maybe the best linebacker to ever play the game, who else can say that? we need to sit back and watch, cause O.C, (organized chaos), is gonna do some damage..its gonna be a sight to watch. but we have to thank or D-line, because they are the reason why they can run around, and do what ever they want. thats a whole diffrent post

The Baltimore Ravens signed 2008 fourth-round draft choice WR Marcus Smith to a three-year contract Friday afternoon, general manager Ozzie Newsome announced.

“Marcus Smith is an inside guy, primarily a slot receiver,” Ravens director of college scouting Eric DeCosta stated last April. “He’s got good size. He’s a tough guy, blocks really well, catches the ball in traffic and is very physical. We felt like we wanted to bring a physical receiver and a bigger guy in here to compete for balls inside the numbers.”
