i have no idea who he is, but here's some info from Project Spurs: The 25-year old Aguilar is a former Philippine Basketball Association No. 1 draft pick and has been working out for some D-League teams this summer but his goal is to make it into the NBA. He is 6-9, 225 lbs., and played at Western Kentucky University for two seasons before leaving in 2009. Since then, he has been playing in the Philippine Basketball Association.

Spurs to work out former Mavs draft Pick Reshawn Terry

Forward Reyshawn Terry will work out for the Spurs next week, agent John Spencer told HoopsHype. Terry was selected in the 44th position in the 2007 by Orlando, but his draft rights were quickly traded to the Dallas Mavericks. The 6-foot-8 forward, a North Carolina product, played in Ukraine last season. anyone have any more info about him?

A "rumored" trade scenario (from an unknown poster) with the Spurs acquiring Patrick Patterson

so i saw this from the HoopsHype forum. some poster, known as rumorhasit, believes he has a good source from the Rockets FO and says there is a trade in the works where the Spurs would get Patterson. he also says that this trade will not go down til August 27 because of a contract clause of a Rocket player that would be involved. the poster did put an update on the blog about the deal being a potential 3-team trade, and who would be all in the deal. he said the closer deal being agreed upon would be like this: Spurs get: Patrick Patterson and Shaun Livingston Rockets get: Gary Neal and an unguaranteed contract Raptors get: DeJuan Blair and Matt Bonner he also said draft picks and/or player rights would also be involved. a lot to see in this one fanshot, i know. i, for one, am not going to believe this unless actual sources come up sometime before August 27. Patterson is a nice young big that could have potential, though.

Should the Spurs be interested in Greg Oden?

Sam Amico of Fox Sports Ohio tweets: One NBA GM listed three teams he considers frontrunners for Greg Oden (in no order): Spurs, Pacers and Magic. The GM made sure to stress, however, "that's just my best guess." Oden is currently back at Ohio State, working toward a degree in sports and leisure. Obviously, this is a big risk, but IF Oden can come back healthy, he could help.
