Sign & Trade for Chris Bosh?
Now, I'm the first to admit our offseason options are bleak and our chances are next to nil to bring in a major FA. With that said, Bosh is basically gone from Toronto. The only question that remains is whether Colangelo is smart enough to seek some sort of sign & trade to get back some sort of value.
Do we stand pat or do we gamble?
That's the question now.
BOS/GSW/CHI 3 Team Deal
I've said more than a few times that I don't think Ellis would be a good fit for Rondo (he's more of a slashing scorer, then a shooter who can spread the floor), but assuming DA can entice GS into a trade, this could interesting:
KG Should Sit Out the All-Star Game.
I'm not an injury conspiracy theorist by any means, I don't think KG and Celtics brass are hiding some colossal injury.
Rondoooo
In an effort to break away from the trade suggestions and "the world is ending" posts, I thought it'd be nice to discuss something a little more fun and a little less important. All of our main guys have nicknames, except for Rondo.
Lester goes back to the D-League
Not really sure what to make of this news. No word yet on how long he's going to be down there this time around - last time it was only for 3 games to get him into shape, but it is surprising that they're sending a guy down with Paul Pierce out. I know they had to make room to activate BBD, but that should still leave a spot on the roster (correct me if I'm wrong, please). Only time will tell I guess.

Lester Hudson on his way to the D-League
I know he has a lot of supporters here, but this could be good as a temporary solution to keep Lester in game shape.

"We're going to send him down pretty soon to the NBDL for a week or two to get him some games," Rivers said. "I don't like our young guys going these long stretches without playing. Then we're going to bring him back."

All this talk about Frontcourt depth, what about the Backcourt??
So far, this offseason has been about the Frontcourt. We signed Sheed and Shelden Williams. And there's the ongoing Big Baby Davis saga. But what about the backcourt?
Jason Williams to be Free Agent, should Celtics sign??
According to ESPN.com, the Clippers have waived rights to Williams and he will be a free agent once he clears waivers.
