Oh yes it could be!!!
If what's good for the goose, is also good for the gander, then allegations and accusations against A-Rod should also be made against Big Papi and Pedro Martinez!
Let's see how the "we're so pure" Red Sux like a taste. Read on for the scoop on A-Rod's tainted trainer and his connection to other players as I just mentioned:

Quite frankly, I don't care that much...but if it means having some ammo against haters of the Yanks, then fight fire with fire!

Hi,
I'm currently working out 5 days a week. 3 days of weights and in between those days I do cardio.
I'm not lifting really heavy...it's a full body workout with compound exercises for each body part. Cardio is anything from biking, running, squash, elliptical and so on.
But I'm bored.
I'd like to do something that incorporates all these things. I'd love to be able to be in and out of the gym in 1 hour with weights and cardio completed---even going to the gym 4 days instead of 5. Something high intensity so I'm really tired and sweaty. Something that will keep me in great shape. Not a big muscle guy, just strong and healthy.
Does anyone know of a routine that I can use at the gym for this? I goto New York Sports Clubs, so the workout areas can be a bit tight, and sometimes I have to wait on machines and weights. Just something to consider. Also I'm 38.5 and 163 lbs.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Lou!

Hey all,
I'm from the NYC area and a huge Steeler fan. Always have been, always will be!
But I've never been to Pittsburgh! I really really want to come out there next football season to catch a game at Heinz Field. I was wondering if anyone knows someone who has made the long trip by car or air and what's the lowest budget way to get this done. I've got wheels, so I imagine driving, staying at a cheap hotel is the way to go. I've seen tickets going for what seems like decent prices on stubhub.
Any advice for the out of town Steeler fan looking to make the journey?
Thanks!
