"At what point do we start giving Longoria the "Bonds treatment"? I'd walk this guy with the bases loaded right now. Better to give up 1 run than 4. Wouldn't surprise me at all to see the previous seasons Rookie of the Year go on to win the AL MVP for the 2nd season in a row.
Lucky for us, after tomorrow we don't see Tampa again til August. And even then will be too soon. Feel free to ask for a move to the NL, Tampa. Pleaseeeeeeeeeee."

I like how we have been building a fan base...

I loved the "LET"S GO RAYS" chant against the Mariners and appreciate the RAYS' BLUE that showed up in Texas....

It may have been a season long road trip, but the end result: RAYS WIN & the home team's venue was covered in DOGGY DOO-DOO.

Who'd thunk it?

In September... who do you think the "rest" of America will be pulling for?....

I have a feeling that they will... "Feel the Heat.. Rays"

What a season for the whole country to enjoy!

Finally some respect?.... Or do we care?

One week though August and only two teams have a larger lead than the Rays....

If it hasn't sunk in yet, we are one of the best teams in either league.

We compete in the toughest division in baseball... and certainly the most expensive and ESPN friendly.

Can we finish the job? September looks brutal, but we have arrived a few years early.... Have there ever been important games once the Bucs start? Well... There will be this year!

Can you believe it... some teams are now modeling themselves after Tampa Bay.... Wow?

We'll always be the Devil Rays to most people... that's fine with me.

After this fall and a few future September's and October's they'll learn the difference.
