The Phinsider Can the Dolphins stop New England's offense....?

Again we have us a shoot out. If the Dolphins don't put points on the board they will loose both games and the chances of making the playoffs. So far the Dolphins have shown the ability to stop the run for most of the game but still have not been able to stop the big pass play. Cornerbacks, Safeties and linebackers have not seen someone as good as Moss and Welker so far. The closest Wayne and Clark and we all know what happened.

Bottom line Dolphins are not ready to shut down New England's offense so we need to go blow for blow and as much as everyone hates it, Ted Ginn(or anyone) has to show up and help spread things out. If not is going to be a long day for Henne. Loosing Cobbs really hurt the wildcat he provided the 15+ yard option in the wildcat and was what kept defense honest as far as stacking the box and sending corner to blitz to shut it down.

Nothing will make happier than to beat the Patriots at their home and beat them 45 to 30 and show them who the Champs are !!!!!

Go Dolphins!

The Phinsider I will not rule Ginn Out Just Yet.....

Although Ted GInn is been a major dissapointment, for the first time in his Pro carrer he has a QB that could allow for him to run deep routes. All his time as a Dolphins they have been trying to making him a short/medium route runner. Let's face it he was not good at it from the beginning.

Now! He has to build that timing and cofidence that Henne will look for him on every down and he needs to be ready. His been use as decoy all this time and when the Dolphins had no other choice they went to him. You could see that their was lots of miscommunication between Ginn and Henne. Ginn wanted the ball ahead on almost all passes thrown to him or He was not expecting the ball to come his way.

Against the Saint he was double cover. They should have looked more for Camarillo, like New England uses Welker. Henne to Camarillo 60% and bang deep to Ginn on a pump fake( force the safeties to play shallow). The offense still on adjustment mode. Henne is a different beast. Henning went from driving a Benz(Pennington) to a Lambogini Diablo(Henne)!!!!!

I believe Ginn will have a good opportunity  to bounce back.  There still lots of football left (10 games left) and there
is no one else on the Dolphins that has his speed. Everybody knows that is not easy for a rookie to enter the league and be expected to save a team, his confident is shook but nothing will help him better than making a couple of plays agaist the Jets.....!!

Besides, Is the defensive that lost the game against the Saints. 2 quaterback sneaks,a wide open look to Colston, Superman diving TD by Bush al on the red zone. You take away a couple of TDs.The wide open look to Colston, the second QB sneak  and we would had won the game!! Not to mentioned that the defense could not tackle Bell evn if their lives depended on it!!!!!! Itwas a good test against a really good football team and we kicked their ass in the 1st half, we just forgot to show up in the 2nd half.... :-)

Jets and New Englad here we go!!! Go Dolphins...

The Phinsider This is the only way the Dolphins will beat the Saints..

1) Ginn returns one for a TD and has a 120+ recieving yard game.

2) Patrick Turner Is activated and scores a TD in the Red Zone.

3) 2 TDs from either Ricky or Ronnie or one each  and we have a 250+ rushing yards.

4) 1 TD from Fasano in the Red Zone.

5) 3 40+ Field Goals from Carpenter.

6) 2 interceptions inside their own 40.

7) 4 sacks.

If the Dolphins are able to generate this type of game wich i believe they can. We will schock all the experts...

Go Dolphins!!

The Phinsider Can the Dolphins really beat the Saints?...hmmmmm

I hate the bye week and most importantly the fact that the New England Patriots have the weakest schedule out of the division. While we have to battle the Saints they have to go against 0-6 Tampa Bay Bucaneers. Aint that some sh.t.  But then you have to ask yourself what can the Doplhins do, to slowdown the Saints? or What can the Dolphins do, to outscore the Saints.

The more i think about it, I keep thinking of the Colts game and how we kept Peyton Manning of the field but when he got on the field we all know what happened.  The Dolphins are going against a offense that have players to give away 2 for 1. Any of the Saints Player 1on 1 is a tough cover( Shockey, Colston, Moore, Meachem, Henderson, Bush, Bell, Thomas) and on Defense are more then capable of  making Henne look like Sanchez looked against Buffalo. Do we have enough personel to adjust to the diverse offense they bring?

Can anyone even come up with a gameplan that would allow for the Dolphins to make this a good game?

Let the dicussion begin!!!

Go Dolphins!!!

The Phinsider Finally Crowder showed up!! It was about time...

I'm glad he showed up and made a couple of key plays to keep us in the game. We need more games from him like this one. If talking trash is what makes him play let the good trash talking roll.....:-)

Lets face it until last night he had not done jack sh.t. We need all the help we could get and him taking days off is not gonna cut it this year.

Did anyone notice Jason Taylor struggling all game long trying to get arround the tackle? He's not the same anymore :-(

Go dolphins!!
