Andy Reid will be next Chiefs head coach
Yuuup, just pulling that one out of the ol' anus, but if it actually happens I can point out what a genius I was for predicting it.l
Tyler Thigpen makes a great catch!
Ron Edwards likely out for season

AFC Championship game in KC?
If we beat Oakland, and go into the playoffs as the #3 seed we would face Pittsburgh in the next round. If we beat them, and New England loses, that would bring the AFC championship game right here to KC!!! I know that's looking really far ahead, but the Oakland game has a little more meaning if you look at it this way
Vote Eric Berry NFL Rookie of the week!!!
I stayed up most of the night voting.
"Thomas Jones=Spoiled"

Big Ben allegedly caught peeing on a golf course
But really, who hasn't ever taken a leak outside at one time or another? I say give the guy a break.
How the fans can make a statement on NFL labor negotiations
We all know that there is a strong possibility of a lockout following this coming football season. We all also see that we as the fans stand to lose the most out of this battle between millionaires and billionaires. But we who stand to lose the most, also feel like all we can do is watch, wait, and hope that the owners and players can come to an agreement.
But, we must stop and think about what is at stake, it is OUR money that they are fighting over...
So, what can we as fans do about this crisis? What can we do to make the owners and players realize that we will not accept a work stoppage? I propose a nationwide NFL merchandise boycott, or a fan's holdout if you will. Now, I don't have sales figures, but we all know that merchandise sales make up a significant portion of revenue. If fans could pull together EARLY, and completely hold out on buying NFL merchandise until a new CBA is reached, it will make a strong statement. A statement that we mean business. A statement that we'll take our money elsewhere if they are unable to work out their differences.
I'm not trying to be a pioneer or anything, I just get angry reading reports of how far the two sides are apart on negotiations, and how a lockout is imminent. So how do we organize millions of fans around the nation? How do we convince them to stop buying NFL merchandise? What better way to start than by posting a fanpost on the greatest SB nation blog, and see how insane it sounds to everyone else?
So, here goes...I officially announce that I am holding out on buying any NFL merchandise until a new CBA is reached. I am still a fan, I will still buy tickets, watch games on TV, and love my Chiefs; but I will not spend a cent on NFL merchandise. Who's with me??

Tebow Rejects NFL
Ok, he didn’t reject the entire league, just the league’s invitation to attend the NFL Draft next Thursday night (April 22) in New York City. Tebow was one of a number of players who decided to skip the pomp and circumstance of draft night.
I bet a camera crew still sniffs him out wherever he is for the draft. A circus follows him everywhere.
Trade our first rounder for Cribbs
In the draft you never really know if you're gonna get a top-notch performer with that top pick, or if he's gonna be a bust. Why not trade that pick for somebody who is a proven impact player? I think that's fair compensation for Cleveland, and gives them a strong draft this year. For the Chiefs, it gives us somebody that can impact our passing, running, and return games. Also, even with a big pay raise, Cribbs will still likely be cheaper than a top 5 pick. Any thoughts?
