Klatt and CJ were talking about this. They mentioned it is imperative the new hire be ready to go with his staff as of December 1st to get the earliest jump on recruiting.

I think we are all wondering what kind of timeline Bohn is working on and if this is any indication, it would mean we would have a coach, or at least an announcement, by the end of the month. 

Is this common to have a staff in place before the brunt of bowl season starts after a firing?

A mandatory player meeting was called today at 3 according to Klatt. Keep in mind Monday's are their off day. He mentioned in his time at CU, such a meeting would not be called unless something was up.

Let's all hope this is a precursor to a press conference tomorrow. CJ has mentioned today he believes there will be a press conference within the next couple days giving us an indication of Dan's future. Whether that is an immediate removal from Dal Ward or letting him coach out the season, at least it will show some progress.
