I was born and raised in Washington, D.C. and the surrounding area my whole life. Been a Redskins fan since I knew what a football was! Unfortunately, I've never been able to afford tickets to games, but I watch every game and cheer my guys on as hard as I possibly can! I truly bleed Burgundy and Gold!
I'm married to a wonderful little Latina from Montreal, Quebec, and I've converted her to another of Redskins Nation's finest!
I'm a Viet Nam combat vet (not that that means anything. Just for info's sake!) and served from 1968-1970. (Damn I'm old!)
I played football in high school, and one season in Citrus College, in Glendora, CA.
After trying out for the Redskins in 1974 (and not making it), I decided to work myself to death as a carpenter. I spent 32 years in construction, with stop-offs at Citrus, and as carpentry is mostly seasonal work, I jumped around trying to make a living. I even spent some time in the Treasury Dept. as an agent! I enjoyed ATF, but I hated being inside! My real joy is to watch my Redskins, as they try again, and again to reach the big show! I love my team, and I always will!
