I'm callin' you out on this one CS. (Or anyone really).

"

In preparation for the 2008 NBA Draft, NBA.com is conducting the 2nd Annual Fan Voice Mock Draft, where you, the fan, can draft for your favorite team. The Fan Voice Mock Draft will be conducted in the Draft Forum and take place on Monday, June 23 and Tuesday, June 24. Before you sign up, please read the schedule below and make sure you will be available at the time(s) your team selects.

If you choose a team that has two picks in the first round (Memphis, New Jersey and Seattle), you will make both selections for your team. We do not need representatives for Atlanta, Dallas or the Lakers, because they don't have any picks in the first round.

We will choose two representatives from each team, with the second being a backup. If the primary representative does not make the pick in the first 20 minutes of the scheduled time, the backup will be asked to make the pick.

Please make sure to include your e-mail address below, because we will use it to notify you that you have been selected. We'll also announce the names in the Draft Blog and Draft Forum.

Also, make sure you have a Fan Voice account and include your handle in the second field below.

We will select the representatives (primary and backup) according to the following criteria:
1. Knowledge of your team.
2. *Writing ability (proper spelling, punctuation, capitilization, etc.)
3. Timeliness (first come, first serve, as long as it's good according to 1 & 2)

*You will be asked to provide an explanation with your pick. So that you don't feel rushed and so we can keep the draft moving, you can make the pick during your scheduled time, and then provide the explanation afterward.

Please fill out the form below if you are interested and will be available at the time your team drafts.

For an example of what we're looking for, check out last year's Fan Voice Mock Draft on the right side of this page.

"

If anyone has an NBA account, I think this would be a great opportunity to express our woes for the team and possibly have them read by people who work in the Clipper front office. Whenever there has been an issue with our team, the citizens of Clipsnations have some of the best ideas how to fix them (Fix Our Clips, etc). So, I'm just encouraging anyone with any good ideas on who we should draft in our position to just shoot'em out there.

REALLY?!

ARE YOU F-ING KIDDING ME? WHAT THE HELL? WHAT THE HELL?

When you have Mobley at the 1 with Tim Thomas not having scored any points(who's obviously not taking the game seriously), and Corey Maggete out for the majority of the fourth, you're asking to lose against the Timberwolves... And it looks like we succeeded tonight. I mean... Really now? The Timberwolves? The TIMBERWOLVES?

I mean... You guys didn't have to come out playing like superstars. You guys didn't have to look sharp. You guys just had to care a little about the freakin' game.

Oh, and f- you Tim Thomas. F- you. I hope you get waived this year because this team doesn't need your unmotivated ass.

RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE.

Okay. I'm calm.

Al Thornton - Energizer Bunny

So we all know Al Thornton is an outstanding athlete, and more so, he's turned out to be an excellent crunch time/fourth quarter player. We've seen him raise the Clips' spirits down the stretch these past few weeks, and I think we can give him a nickname right about now:

"Energizer Bunny" as stated by Corey Maggette.

Jinx, but my hopes for Al are still incredibly high to compete for RoY as we've had a taste of during preseason and summer leage. Let's hope Donald Sterling keeps vouching for him so he continues to produce while he gets his minutes from MDsr.

Do I get any amens?

Chris Kaman - Second Coming of Elton Brand

NOTE: The following Diary by Citizen Redmosa was promoted from the Diaries section...

2008 NBA ALL-STAR BALLOTING WESTERN CONFERENCE

Centers: Yao Ming (Hou) 439,125; Amaré Stoudemire (Pho) 286,401; Erick Dampier (Dal) 101,878; Marcus Camby (Den) 94,473; Pau Gasol (Mem) 73,461; Mehmet Okur (Utah) 51,017; Chris Kaman (LAC) 40,256; LaMarcus Aldridge (Por) 35,601; Tyson Chandler (NO) 32,595; Andris Biedrins (GS) 29,026.

Now, I'm not saying the people above Chris in the polls aren't as good as he is, but the stats don't lie.

-Third in blocked shots.
-Third in rebounds.
-Third highest scoring Center in the western conference and fourth in the NBA.

Chris has put up a better defensive game than Yao, Amare, and Pau Gasol have throughout the season.

Erick Dampier? Are you serious? COME ON!

Kaman has been more consistent offensively than Marcus Camby and puts up nearly the same number of BPG and RPG.

Mehmet Okur... Yeah... More consistency please?

Voters are so blind it's ridiculous. Chris is number 1 in double-doubles for centers in the western conference and by far the most consistent, yet I hear no praise or news on his stellar play. I'm starting to believe that, like EB, he's going to be looked down on and be one of the most underrated players in this league. It's pretty sad if you think about it. I mean, the voting for all-star is still a popularity contest overall, but I still feel that Chris is going to be the unsung hero. However! At least there's news that Dwyane Wade had some good things to say about Kaman and that the coaches have really been praising Chris for his career year. The thing that disturbs me though is that it had to come from D-Wade to get any attention. Don't get me wrong though, I love D-Wade, but oh well, maybe Chris will get the coaches pick, you never know. But stats don't lie and it's a shame that the Clippers will have another extremely skilled underrated player.

My predictions for Kaman this year:

- All-Star reserve (Coaches pick)
- All-NBA second team
- All-Defensive Team
- Most Improved Player
- Close runner-up to defensive player of the year next to Marcus Camby
