I don't care if I get banned and/or reprimanded for calling him out by name. He has been an insufferable pessimist all season, and has single-handedly made this blog about 25% less enjoyable.

Single Game Tickets Pre-Sale

Does anyone have any info on the presale for single game tickets? I've heard it starts today at 10am, but I haven't gotten any info from the Clippers. In years past, they have always emailed me with the necessary details. I'm not a season ticket holder, but I'm a member of My Clipper Nation. Am I missing something, or are they just not doing it this year? I imagine the ticketmaster server might crash today with all the people trying to buy tix to see CP3. Thanks for your help, Clipper nation.
Matt Barnes to Test Free Agent Market
I love Matt Barnes' attitude and hustle. He and Griffin would bring some much-needed intensity to our squad. I'm a little skeptical of him as a starter, but I'd love to be able bring him off the bench for an energy spark. I like him as a fall-back plan if LBJ, Joe Johnson, Rudy Gay, et al don't work out. I wonder how much $$$ he'll command in the open market.
Baron for Eddy Curry?

Bill Simmons threw out this possibility on a recent podcast, calling it his "unsubstantiated rumor of the day." I'm wondering what Clips Nation thinks about this deal. I can see why the Knicks would do it: Baron would probably be great in D'Antoni's free-flowing system, LBJ/Wade/Bosh would love to play with Baron, and Curry has a NEGATIVE PER. It also makes some sense from the Clippers' perspective: they escape from the last three years of Baron's contract (Curry's deal expires next summer) and have an insane amount of cap space to toss at Carmelo/Durant in the summer of 2011.
Personally, I'm in favor of giving Baron one more year to prove himself. I think it's too early to call this experiment a failure and dump him for cap relief. We saw what he is capable of when motivated (see: his masterful performance in our nationally-televised home victory over the Lakers). I think (hope?) that Blake Griffin's presence will re-energize Baron. He and Griffin could be a deadly pick 'n roll duo. I still think he's in the upper-half of starting PGs in the NBA. That being said, I'd be awfully tempted if the Knicks threw in a future first-rounder...
