While RemorsefulBruinBabe is technically a Bruin, and is definitely a Babe, she is in no way Remorseful. She spent four years at the top public theatre school in the country, making her way to no less than 4 sporting events in her time at UCLA. And those were only because she was singing the national anthem. So please don't feel the need to give her crap about the Bruins; she really doesn't care.

A Cal-Fan by association/necessity since Spring '05, she has since devoted several hours that would otherwise be spent watching Jon and Kate Plus 8 or reading Real Simple magazine to learning about the Golden Bears (and all things related to collegiate athletics) by way of some know-it-all Cal fans. Who really do know best, I guess, since she never thought she would actually enjoy sporting events (which she now does). She's since progressed from the occasional summer baseball game to watching hockey on TV, though she still refuses to watch high school football. And she sat next to Leon Powe's dad at a Men's Pac-10 game at the Staples Center, and he hi-fived her more than twice. So chew on that.

She will probably never write sports commentary, and she's probably the least-knowledgeable of all their readers, but she does enjoy the California Golden Blogs and thanks them for making sports blogging more accessible through humor and lengthy explanations.
