Doesn't it seem like this would be a good pickup? Jokinen makes 1.8 million a year.
He's got 6 goals and 4 assists so far this year with Tampa Bay. Sure it's a slow start, but this guy is only 25 years old, has had some good years so far in his young NHL career and he's stuck in the cesspool that is the current Tampa Bay Lightning.
He would be a perfect fit with Toronto's youth and skill movement.
The Leafs are low enough in the standings that they have a good shot at landing him if they did put in a claim.
