Born and raised in Seattle and moved to Salem, Oregon to attend Willamette University, where I played basketball for the Bearcats (NAIA at that time). After graduating in 1984, I stayed in town for a girl (of course). Got a job, lost the girl (again, of course). In 1997 I started my business out of a coat closet (literally), built my career, and now I employ eleven people and business is great. Oh, and I have a better girl (wife) now ;-)

Salem is the capital of Oregon, situated in the heart of Oregon State Beaver and Oregon Duck country. Trust me, there aren't too many Dawgs down here. My passion for the Huskies runs deep even though I'm one of the few in my family not to attend the university. That being said, I still try to respect the views of others and the passion they have for their own teams -- including those Ducks & Beavs and lately, those Wildcats.
