I'm a self-employed musician that is a two-time ASCAP+ grant winner that has an IMDB film score to my credit. I live in Stockton, California and I'm an avid Sacramento king's fan. I graduated cum laude from UCLA and I have a Master's of Music degree from the University of the Pacific. I like to follow the college games also and root for my college alma maters in both the women's and men's game. I harvest rainwater and greywater and volunteer for activities that serve the environment locally and also write on local issues. I teach music in Stockton, CA and I attract students not only from the 209 area code but also from the 707, 916 and 415 area codes because of the uniqueness of my instruction methods. Under the name of "Rhondda Nunes and the Rockin' Blues 'Xpress" I recorded "Gotta Love Your Sacramento Kings" which raised thousands for Hurricane Katrina relief for the Red Cross, and I have given away versions of the old song version(2005) to the world, because it's a good thing to pay it forward. My band has now been renamed "The Rhondda Nunes Collective" as of May, 2010. A local band I play for, RB/X, was recently voted"Best Band in The San Joaquin " for 2009 by readers of the (Stockton) Record.
