I think this may work. Now please just hear me out.  Imagine a pass rush consisting of this line up. Merling/Soliai then Starks then Taylor on the line. Right behind then you have Wake on the Outside then Crowder then Roth then Porter.

Sounds insane right considering you would be rushing with five linebackers and only 2 "true" linemen, however consider how they use Taylor more often than not, he is on the line. Also ever since Zach thomas left the MLB has been hurting. Not taking away from Crowder but he is better on the outside so stick Roth and his monstrous self in there. You have Wake comming off the edge with Port and Taylor doubling up with each other while Roth comes in right behind Starks and Crowder speeds in or drops back for coverage. You're combining our fastest and best pass rushers in one massive blitz. If our secondary can jam recievers at the line and for those first 5 yards, we buy time for one of those front 7 to break through. I trully think this crazy idea could work. If not who else do you think could line up for this style of scheme?
