Kahn really puzzles me. And I actually like Darko.
I am now training in Las Vegas twice a day, and build myself already for next season
Omri Casspi at his own website. I hope he also takes enough rest. He will also play for the Israeli national team this summer.Stuck on a mysterious island, they are all Candidates. Unfortunately, some of them may be the Others. Trying a bit of a different angle, I will describe my picks as characters from Lost. I...
So we have still some time to go until the draft, and we are all speculating like we're Geoff Petrie himself. But ultimately, with all the knowledge, scouting and insights of the professionals,...
Some surprising comments there. Could Gordon Hayward really end up in the first round? And has anybody seen this Paul George from Fresno State play?
This last part took a bit longer before I posted, due to some problems with the laptop where I stored it. I have looked at the league rosters, and came up with some players which could become...
I have looked at the league rosters, and came up with some players which could become contributors. I have limited the scope to players no older than 25, and with current contracts of $3 million...
Since some people consider it bad form to post about the draft, and there are some interesting discussions about what to do with our cap space and if it is possible to attain a good big man for a...
It's from his website. I think his younger bother translates it from Hebrew to English, so it's a bit embarrassing to read. "Now I want to take a rest period for cleaning the head, some freedom to release the legs and muscles and rest. After that I started training in Las Vegas with the best trainer in the U.S. and come back with the group after the selected period." Anyway, Omri will play for the national team, but he will also work in Vegas with Joe Abunassar. His name is not mentioned here, but I read that at an Israeli site. I hope he'll follow a good and smart regimen, in which he'll improve his condition, but also finds enough rest for next season.
I feel bad for Portland. Again crippled by injuries. It shows that to become a contender, so many factors have to work your way...
On a personal level, I feel that after 60 games my body is already beginning to signal cumulative fatigue. The fatigue is both physical and mental. I really try to rest as much as possible in order to refresh and get my energy back, and clean up and prepare for the next game, but it's really very difficult. I have never been in a situation like this (playing so many games). Sometimes it has been difficult to get up off the bench after a Time Out. I have to give a last hard push towards the end of the season. After this season I see how demanding the NBA is. I see how much you need to prepare for the long season and how experienced players know how to pace themselves. I need to learn from them. I believe in the end it will be fine.
