For those of us who use Twitter as a tool for the sports world, Jared Allen has been active today.  He seems to be a little upset at Mike Tyson aka "Real Mike Tyson".  Since I got home from the deerstand at 1pm Nov. 9 Jared has been going off on Tyson on his Twitter page.  Tyson has shot back with several tweets as well, and both men have gone a little to far with some of the "jabs". 

Anyway it got me thinking, who would win in a Fight?

Micheal Wilbon on ESPN's Pardon the Interuption claims that Farve will be meeting with Childress in an "undisclosed" location.

Can anyone confirm or deny that Percy Harvin was a no show for a 3-day mini camp?  I heard only a brief comment on a radio show and also heard there was supposed to be a comment from Brad Childress sometime today.  I havent found anything on this story.

I stopped by the Royals Review to ask a question about a player.  Got a lot a flack from a guy about being a Twins fan.  I would ask that everyone sometime during the series with the Royals just stop by there and say Hi.  These guys are pumped about there Royals.  And need a little "pickin on". 

The Royals were beating Toronto 11-2 when I stopped in so you can imagine what they were saying about the future of the team. And how they are looking forward to the series with the Twins.

It is my humble opinion that the Vikings need to go and sign Jeff Garcia.  This guy can still play.  And play hard. (see vikes vs.  tampa game)  Zygi and the rest of the greek gods of Minnesota Viking football need to understand this... the time is NOW, we need to win NOW!  With this defense, AP, Bernard there is no time to sit back and develop someone that is a dead end, again, in my humble opinion.

Brad Childress was Andy Reids OC for a few years and I wonder how much that will affect our gameplan as well as the Eagles.   How much do these guys know about eachothers tendencies? 

I can't think of his name, but the Eagles D-cord,  Is my biggest concern.  This guy seems to be able to no when to hold em and know when to send em.  I just hope that the O-line plays alot better against the Eagles than they did against the NY Giants.

My guess on this game.....23-20 Vikes.  Contain Westbrook, no missed tackles, no turnovers.  And one hell of a loud crowd.

In sundays blowout win against the Cardinals, the most underated receiver in the league scored a touchdown.  Wes Welker never scores touchdowns.  I know, hes on my fantasy team.  There was snow on the ground and Welker celebrated with a snow angel.......get ready.......

Apparently there was an........oops on Fox after the game.  It showed Vikings owner Zygi Wilf talking to the team and presenting Major Dad Childress with the game ball.  And low and behold here is Vin Shaincoe standing there with his MEAT hanging out for all to see.  Way to go Fox.....you made ever Packer fan feel small.  Thanks again Fox!

What might be the effect on Jared Allen without the Will Wall next door?  I am pondering this question myself ...and a question came to mind that maybe someone out there can answer. 

Who was on the D-line with Allen when he had 15 sacks last year in KC.  If I cant name anyone then maybe the effect will be none.

Anybody care to steer me straight?  I cant think of anyone who compares to the boys that was on KC with Allen.

Has anyone see "Sports Soup"  on the Versus network.  I caught 2 episodes last night and thought it was pretty funny.  It shows you things you dont get on ESPN or Fox networks. 

I am taking the week off to go to North Dakota and kill some ducks and geese during the bye week.  I am very happy that I dont have to drive somewhere to watch the Vikes play, plus it will save me about 100 bucks also.
