Hi folks, this is my first post, but i've been a long time stalker. This community is simply awesome, it's by far the basketball site I visit more often and now that it's likely that I won't be able to see the Blazers playoff matches on TV I'll hang around even more....

But enought talking about me, here's the last Rudy blog translated, it even talks about Ben or a certain Cassey I think.

Hi everybody. I'm writing this with a record achieved, an amazing rally around the city with it's 30.000 fans in the square and with a pair of shoes that have caused furor: My Will Smith-like model that I wore in the rally. I'm telling you everything, as allways.

As you can imagine, the three pointers record thing was unbelievable. Beeing honest, before the match I wasn't even thinking about it, because it was really hard to achieve. But seeing how the match was going and that by halftime I had made 3 three pointers, I told myself: "Whatever, I'm gonna try it". Some ball boys (hope it's spelled like that) were telling me how many three pointers I had left to go, and Sergio was doing the same. And the only thing they were doing was making me more nervous...

When I made the last one it was an incredible relief. I said "Uff, it's done". The atmosphere in the match was amazing, and everybody was hugging me. The spectators didn't know I had beaten the record untill it was shown in the screens, but my teammates did, and the journalists too, because at the end of the match everybody was asking me. Truth be told beeing able to say that you have beaten a record is something to be proud, but beeing part of this team is too. Besides, I loved that Sergio had a new personal record for assists in an NBA match with 12. 

When the match was over they told us that next day would be a rally in the city. I've just arrived from it and it was amazing. We've gone to the center by bus and in the Square there were like 30.000 people...And we haven't still achieved anything! With the Penya, when we won the Copa del Rey (King's cup) or the ULEB Cup there was like half the people, more or less. I don't know what might happen if we win the ring. These people are crazy.

There was a little concert and we all spoke from the scenary, but what caused furor were my Will Smith-like shoes. They are really cool and you know how people around here is: Everybody telling me how they loved them. Even the guy from Blazersedge, a local website, took a photo and they have uploaded it.

Now the playoffs are comming and we are going like a shot (meaning something fast and straight I supose :P). Looking at the atmosphere in the last match against Denver I can't imagine the fans making it even better, but they surely will. They have told us that everybody is going to wear shirts the same color. They are amazing, they make the home factor to be vital.
