I am hoping to meet some PODers at the Detroit/Carolina game. I am removing myself from the comfortable climate of NC and driving to Detroit for my 40th birthday to watch Stafford and the boys pick apart the Carolina D. What a great time to enjoy the NEW Lions and watch an up-and-coming QB in Cam Newton. I'll be in section 106 row 22. Any PODers out there? My Green Bay native wife will be enjoying the game with me in her #9 jersey (yes I have converted a cheese-head).

ATL Lion - I can't thank you enough for sending the Lions flag.  I have it displayed proudly next to the other flags.  I love all of the talk it generates.  I love being a Lions fan.  I love being associated with the best fans in the world.  I don't know how to get a picture posted in here.  I have the picture but it's not on a URL.  And to think I am an Electronics Warrant Officer.  Funny.  Thank you again to all of the fans.

82nd Sustainment Brigade

I'm sitting at in internet cafe in the mountains of Afghanistan trying to order a Detroit Lions flag.  For some reason all of the sites I haev went to aren't able to shpi a flag to my destination.  I have my hat, hoodie, and license plate but the flag is ever so elusive.  I am finishing up my one year tour here serving in the US Army.  I have been surrounded by other fan flags that were shipped by the teams they support.  I sent a hand written letter to the Lions in March and again sent an email this month requesting some schwag to smother out the Patriots, Steelers, and Green Bay flags hanging in my work area.  I still haven't received a response.  I appreciate all that the management is doing and I prefer the hard work they have done to build our AMAZING team this year as opposed to reading my letters.  Does anyone have a hook up so I can get a flag to display with pride.  I don't ask for much and would purchase the flag so we can continue to pay great players like Suh and Stafford.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I have been a Lions fan since 1982 and serving in the military since 1989 - it's been a rough life but one I couldn't be more proud of.
