Baylor to SEC? TCU to Big XII?

The SEC West needs a Vanderbilt. According to me, anyway.
Here's how we get one:
1. Missouri jumps to the Big Ten.
2. Arkansas jumps to the Big XII North.
3. Baylor is invited to the SEC West.
4. TCU moves into the Big XII South.
Everybody wins.
Except Baylor, maybe, but that's the point.
Another team I'd love to have replace Arkansas in the SEC West would be Tulane, but I can't come up with a scenario where that could happen. But then again, we're not bound by any particular number (10, Ten, XII) in our conference so we don't necessarily have to depend on what another conference does.
Fuck it. I like going to New Orleans. Let's add Tulane to the West and, I don't know, Florida Atlantic (because I like Boca Raton, too) to the East.
