Part of being a marquee program is living up to the hype.

After all was said and done, some questions got answered, but a great big one did not.

With Smart's decision to forego GOBS of money in the NBA, 2013-14 is shaping up to be an epic time for the two marquee sports at OSU.

Every year, on the same weekend, on the same course, golf offers us something more than just golf.

While the defense looks to rebound, this group just keeps chugging along, much to the dismay of DC's around the league and the country.

After years of a "bend don't break" philosophy that created an epidemic of ulcers among OSU loyalists, word is a more aggressive style may be employed in 2013. We can only hope.

We can all fall in love with the story (Chelf) or the arm (Lunt), but 2012's most productive QB was neither of those, and it wasn't really that close.

Hell, the spring "game" hasn't even happened yet. That didn't stop me last year from reviewing the 2012 schedule WAY before we had ANY idea what was going on, so here I go again...

We have seen the "real" personality of this team, unfortunately Travis Ford only allows it to come out when they are down.

Players, coaches, AD, fans...even the NBA...have conspired to suck the life out of a once proud program.

Throw in some bad officiating (what's new?), and it was generally a game we would like to forget.

Changes abound, so the next few weeks/months should actually NOT be so dreadful.

This is what happens when the moderator is, shall we say, under the influence...
