GPA for the Spring Semester released

Let it never be said that UK's team didn't do well in their classes. CoachCal.com was just updated with some really encouraging info about the basketball team's Spring Semester GPA.

From CoachCal.com:

So it is with great pleasure that I can inform you our team’s GPA for the Spring semester was a 3.14, making our team’s overall GPA for the Fall and Spring terms a 3.015. I’m told that 9 of our guys finished the Spring semester with a 3.0 or better and I couldn’t be prouder of not only our student-athletes, but also our dedicated C.A.T.S. Staff led by Mike Stone, Tad Kilburn and their team of tutors. Our guys not only attended class during the 2nd semester, they thrived while doing so.

I don't think there are many things that could bring more honor to the school than being able to claim a Final Four spot AND being great in the classroom.
