Depends on the state. Servers in many states get full minimum wage (10.10/hr in mine) and now medical. Why should I also tip them? I don't tip the oil change guy and he has a skill.

You are correct. Also brass knuckles are by definition a weapon whereas there are completely innocent uses for a baseball bat. That said, if you threatened to bludgeon someone with a bat, it would most likely be a felony charge.

Yes, but when you lead the receiver on a post route, the safety cannot make up ground. That is a difficult throw to make, few QBs have that touch at that range.
