Offense closes out spring practice with anoth strong showing.

Offensive Highlights:
Ponder and Bert Reed connected on a 50-yard TD pass

Givens was able to finish the drive with a TD as he broke a tackle deep in the backfield and scored around the end.

Thomas went for 25 yards on 3rd-and-13.

Ponder then went to Commack for 70 yards and a TD despite what looked like a Brandon Jenkins sack right before Ponder got rid of the pass.

EJ out for spring practice (injury)

EJ is out for spring practice. He hit his throwing hand on a defender's helmet and got a compound dislocation of his index finger. He has already had surgery (4 stiches) and will be held out of practice for the remainder of the spring drills.
