I think that we can all agree that the offensive production this seasons has been disappointing - we would all like to see better results - the question is how that may best be achieved.  Many seem to think firing the offensive coordinator is best and only way to improve the offense.  Fine.  Who then would you hire? 

Firing the coach/coordinator out of anger and frustration not a plan for moving forward.  It might be how they do things in other cities in other organizations (Dan Snyder I am looking at you) but it ain't how things are done in Pittsburgh by this organization. 

So, this is a call to all of those who would like to see Bruce Arians take a long hike off of a short bridge: If not Arians, then who?
