      <title>If not Arians, then who?</title>

&lt;p&gt;I think that we can all agree that the offensive production this seasons has been disappointing - we would all like to see better results - the question is how that may best be achieved.&amp;nbsp; Many seem to think firing the offensive coordinator is best and only way to improve the offense.&amp;nbsp; Fine.&amp;nbsp; Who then would you hire?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Firing the coach/coordinator out of anger and frustration not a plan for moving forward.&amp;nbsp; It might be how they do things in other cities in other organizations (Dan Snyder I am looking at you) but it ain't how things are done in Pittsburgh by this organization.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So, this is a call to all of those who would like to see Bruce Arians take a long hike off of a short bridge: If not Arians, then who?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
