Yes, you read right, BSDivas were on the sidelines during the 4th quarter of the PSU-MSU game last Saturday.  Diva Desiree'N Lion, myself and our friend from Maryland made it on to the field.  The only Happy Valley Diva who wasn't in attendance was PSUEsq who stayed back in case we needed excellent legal representation (ok, actually she stayed home with BSDiva In Training because it was way too cold to take a 8-month old to the game). 

We were lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time for the touchdowns (and almost touchdowns) and we got to hang out after the game and get some pictures with Graham Zug, Brett Brackett and Evan Royster. 

We were highly annoying to our husbands and children afterwards because we couldn't stop giggling, smiling and interjecting "I was on the field today" into every conversation.

Just a reminder that Lift for Life '10 is quickly approaching.  As most of the BSD posters know, Lift for Life is the Penn State Football Team's yearly fundraiser for Uplifiting Athletes, a national nonprofit organization aligning college football with rare diseases and raising them as a national priority through outreach, research, education and advocacy.

Lift for Life '10 will be on Friday, July 9 starting at 2:00 pm in Houlba Hall on the Penn State campus.  Last year BSD donated to quite a few of the Penn State players, so in the infamous words of Rod Tidwell, "SHOW ME THE MONEY!!"

Help me welcome the newest BSDiva to the group... Liadan Brielle was born on April 8, 2010 at 10:22 pm, weighting in at 6lbs, 13oz and 19 inches.  She is the daughter of Diva PSUEsq and the proud Aunties are Divas Row73Fan and Desire'n Lion.  Mom and baby are doing well and Dad is getting adjusted to having two Divas in the house. 

We are hoping to introduce the newest Diva to PSU Football at the Blue-White Game this year.  Nothing like an autographed onsie to get you started on a lifelong obsession.
