To my suprise, they actually seemed to look at facts and agree with LSB! All four Rangers deserve to start says the poll, and by clearly decisive numbers. Sure most of you have seen this, just wanted to bring it to LSB. I realize that we are not an East Coast team. I realize we have a reputation of horrible pitching. I realize all of this, but we have been playing some decent baseball and have an offense everyone is jealous of. Granted we need to score 9 runs per game to win with our bullpen. I have hesitated to do so recently, but today I went to espn.com and hit the Preview button next to tonights match-up vs, the Royals. The Accu-score game simulator had us underdogs to the Rays, sure, the hottest team in the league, understandable. The Accu-Score had us underdogs vs. the Indians, understandable, we had to face the heart of their pitching rotation. The A's, underdogs, understandable, they have been playing very well and have a better record than we do. Today, however, can someone explain to me why we are once again underdogs to the friggin' Royals? I know that they are at home, but come on!!! Our "Ace" is on the mound, we are a powderkeg team, and the Royals are terrible, why are we underdogs. I get frustrated with this team as much as the next guy, but I have been a fan all my life, I deserve to be able to say when we stink, but we actually don't stink quite as bad this year, and ESPN and to a lesser extent MLB.com dosen't really give us much due.
