Two die hard Bills fans from Las Vegas went to Buffalo for our first home game
First things first I would like to thank everyone in Buffalo who made this memorable expeirence so much fun for Nick and I, we had an amazing time and I wanted to tell you guys all about it. We arrived in Buffalo on Thursday afternoon just in time to get to Anchor Bar to try some of their famous Buffalo wings and watch the Thursday night game as well as the Sabers game. The wings were everything I imagined and more, they were double the size of any wing I can get in Vegas and double the flavor. I do have to say though it was really strange for football to be on at 10pm, and it was the first time for me that a bar closed before the football game was over but it was still a great expeirence.

I'm going to Buffalo for the first time to see Bills vs Lions
I'm a die hard Bills fan born and raised in Las Vegas and I get to go to Buffalo for the first time to see a home game. I can't wait and wanted to ask all you Rumblers for some help.
I have a Question for anyone who knows the answer.
What are the rules for the Throwback jerseys, why can't they wear the Anniversary jerseys and when can they again?
Also I read they have a red jersey that has never been worn on the feild has anyone else heard of these if so I would love to see a pic of one?
Lynch for Vick ?
I heard from a reliable source that there is alot of talk about a trade between the Eagles and Bills where Vick would come to Buffalo and Lynch would go to Philly. I don't know how true this is but the guy I heard it from knows alot of people in the sports news world and I think it is at least a topic worth a look.
Thanks Josh, Ryan and Terrell.
I wanted to say thanks first and for most to Josh Reed for your contributions to the team. I can say as a fan who has seen every game you played for the Bills I know you always gave a 110% and never made waves, a gritty tough mentality and you were always fighting for every yard. I personally will always remember your catch in the game against the Redskins to set up the game winning feild goal one of the most exciting plays for a Bills fan like me. I know that whoever you play for next season will be getting a consistant player who will leave it all on the feild and be a major contributer to their success. I just hope it's not in the AFC-East.
Also I would like to thank Ryan Denney and Terrell Owens. Ryan you were one of those players I always felt like was as versital as any coach could want from a catch to a block or a tackle you can do it all. I know you will find a new team and be able to bring that to the table. Even though I didn't really like the idea of TO in Buffalo I thought you were the most professional player you have been your entire career to be of part of what went on in the offense last year you handled every question with class and dignity really changed my opionion of you all together and am now glad you were here for your 1,000th career catch. Once again thanks for everything Josh, Ryan and Terrell and I will always root for your success.
Food for thought.
With the Lions actively shopping their second overall pick would it be possible for them to take Marshawn Lynch our 9th pick and maybe a 6th for their 2nd overall I don,t want to lose our picks and would rather trade down for more picks then up and lose some but If we only lose one pick and Marshawn to get a Beast in the middle of our D we could always get a guy in FA that can be a solid second back. I know it's far fetched but anything can happen.
Would that be good compensation for the second pick that kinda stuff is always hard for me to figure out.
My first post yyaa!!
Hi everybody, I'm new to the posting side of the world I've been reading Buffalo Rumblings for awhile now and, thanks to you guys, I've been able to break all the news to my Bills fan freinds here in Vegas. They consider me an insider untill I tell them that I found out about it here. I wanted to throw my opionion out there about what we can do this offseason to make us competitive again. I know this will be ripped apart but I'm willing to hear what everyone thinks about my plan.
First I think we need more help on the D than the O. With the new scheme change, which I think should have been done years ago, We NEED to maximize our roster as best we can. That being said I would love to see them get a NT as soon as possible. If McCoy and Suh go 1 and 2 which I think they will there is noone else I consider worth a top ten. Trading down with the Giants ( the senerio was recently posted on this site can't remember who) I thought sounded like a great move. I originally wanted to trade for one of the top NT's but we need more picks than any one player and I dont want to give any up to move in the top 3. So if we trade down we can still get 3rd best NT available like was posted, I cant think of the kids name right now I think its Trent Williams I could be wrong. That would allow for maybe anether or pick or two or at least keeping the ones we have.
In the second round I would either like an OT if there is one available worth the pick or an OLB. In my opionion that would be my second and third team needs for the near future. Now here's where I think I'm gonna get slammed you ready (holding my breath), If Tim Tebow is available in the 3rd round I think we should definatly get him there. With Gaileys track record developing QB's and his determination to be good I think that would be a lethal combination in a year or two. For the time being I think Trent Edwards deserves anether chance he was in such a bad situation last season I don't blame for being tentative in the pocket and I think he has what it takes to be a starting QB in this league and I would like to see him get anether season or two to get his confidence back.
From that point on in the draft I think we should go with the BPA there are so many holes with the D in light of the scheme change that just about any player would help with either depth or maybe we could find a diamond in the rough.
Combine that with some key FA's, I do think they will be mostly for depth, who can provide some veteren leadership and some more familiarity with the 3-4 we could have a shot to be competitive this season. And as the Jets proved last season it only takes one win at a key moment in the season, whether it's gift wrapped for you or not, to make the playoffs.
Thanks for taking the time to read my first post I know it's a little raw but I look forward to talking with some Bills fan who can go back and forth with me on this our most interesting offseason in a long time.
Go Bills!!!!!!
