personally felt with HIMYM, they wasted the season on what was a marriage that fell apart rather quickly, had they made the last episode into the season, and dragged that out, I would have understood it more

its not a big deal within the context of berry's contract. why do I even have to explain that?

sigh. this is where I just can't get by making a simple comment to what was a question regarding a big announcement and it having to do with the actual chiefs team

last we heard from the chiefs, not other sites who lack information, was that not only would knile be ready for preseason, but for camp.

they had a decent offseason too, their issue is guys like blackmon who is a turd and if only he could keep it together and they would have a top end WR. instead they have a suspension waiting to happen
Commented on 2014 NFL mock draft: QB Teddy Bridgewater to the Jacksonville Jaguars with pick No. 3 on Apr 15 2014, 4:27p - 1 reply
matt cassel went 11-5 and 10-6. doesn't mean he is a good QB, and same with geno and his silly 8-8 season that had more than one ridiculous end of game break on a FG

I think both will bust. go figure.

if I was dorsey, I would just ask berry: do you want to be a chief long term. he says no, then they need to move on when they can for as much as possible

love the 90 man roster, I just miss the old NFL, when teams actually got a legitimate chance to study their players. they had the practices, 2 a days, etc. now? pshh. what a joke it is

I will take any of them. give me the Jackson brothers at guard. no one be messing with Alex Smith when they are shooting at em
Commented on Kansas City Chiefs held their local pro day last week on Apr 15 2014, 2:19p
the work ethic thing concerns me. you need to be serious these days to last in the NFL.

yep. we are getting torched the back end of the year, at safety, and one of the best cover S's in the league, isn't back there to stop that?

or he may see the value in having a top 25 player, and want to add that guy as a major piece, on a team that has a lot of major pieces walking out the door or getting cut in the next couple years
Commented on NFL Draft 2014: Would you rather have a 1st or a 2nd and a 3rd? on Apr 15 2014, 1:58p

yeah, sucks to use a top 25 pick "generally" when you have a couple wide open holes that can be filled with what is a STACKED top 25

ill put it this way. you take cooks or beckham, you don't take benjamin(if you are KC), you need someone to spread the field and be reliable on short routes as well

that is really an incredible outlier.

trading bowe just simply cannot happen. we are stuck with him for 2 more years, hopefully he decides he wants it a little more. last year I saw a guy who really didn't give a bleep
Commented on NFL mock draft 2014: Why the Chiefs chose Odell Beckham Jr. on Apr 14 2014, 2:25p
so when KC drafts a WR rd 1, are you going to be willing to say you were wrong, as we have all had to sit here and take your assault on anyone who thinks WR is the way to go
Commented on NFL mock draft 2014: Why the Chiefs chose Odell Beckham Jr. on Apr 14 2014, 2:24p - 1 reply
just because its a deep draft, doesn't mean you automatically hit on the pick you throw at WR
Commented on NFL mock draft 2014: Why the Chiefs chose Odell Beckham Jr. on Apr 14 2014, 2:23p - 1 reply
avery is the last guy you want in the darn slot. reid's slot WR needs great hands.
Commented on NFL mock draft 2014: Why the Chiefs chose Odell Beckham Jr. on Apr 14 2014, 2:22p
yeah, I really don't expect much once at the 53
Commented on What went wrong for the Kansas City Chiefs, and how it can be fixed on Apr 14 2014, 2:20p
right, you want your "physical" 6'2 wideout to be able to take that hand and push it out of the freaking way, and go get that ball
Commented on What went wrong for the Kansas City Chiefs, and how it can be fixed on Apr 14 2014, 2:15p
oh for sure. I mean KC brought in 7 after the darn 53 cutdown last year

one can hope. but as someone who never recovered from a knee injury, they always make me very skeptical.

ugh, yeah. I really like that guy on ST, and I think he is a far better runner than he seems to get credit for on the team as they rarely use him

watching knile davis, man it hurts that he had that injury. such power, such explosion. hope those team doctors are miracle workers with he and kelce.

agree. however had KC stayed healthy and beat the colts....I would have bet on KC(I don't bet, but you get the point) to beat the pats, a banged up pats team
Commented on What went wrong for the Kansas City Chiefs, and how it can be fixed on Apr 14 2014, 2:05p
I think its pretty cool that KC basically has 2 draft classes fresh on the roster this year
Commented on What went wrong for the Kansas City Chiefs, and how it can be fixed on Apr 14 2014, 2:03p
I am still waiting for KC to go hire the Brad Childress and Chris Ault of the defense. give us a guy with HC/DC experience who can give sutton help

he lets a handcheck from a small 5'10 corner interrupt his route far too much. its embarrassing, and that isn't even talking his slants, where if they even try to bump him, its scary for the QB(Smith's first true pick this year)
Commented on What went wrong for the Kansas City Chiefs, and how it can be fixed on Apr 14 2014, 1:57p - 1 reply
he did the EXACT same thing against the Bills. the ball wasn't quite as perfect, but Bowe acted 100 percent the same way
Commented on What went wrong for the Kansas City Chiefs, and how it can be fixed on Apr 14 2014, 1:56p
he is lucky it didn't bounce off his darn shoulder pad.

maybe. who knows with the NFL and concussion BS policy now.

the game is totally worth rewatching. I have seen it at least 10 times since, and the more I watch, the more comfortable I am with the young OL

yeah good point. flowers goes down and this time KC wouldn't have to force bad safeties into bad spots
Commented on What went wrong for the Kansas City Chiefs, and how it can be fixed on Apr 14 2014, 1:50p - 1 reply
well...I don't know. I would argue at that point, the injury bug made it so KC was pretty screwed.
Commented on What went wrong for the Kansas City Chiefs, and how it can be fixed on Apr 14 2014, 1:48p - 2 replies
smh. sit week 17 out, get amazing PT for young players, arguably one of the biggest games last year in that it gave KC such a great look at their own
