Bucs Dugout Ryan Doumit

I heard quite possibly the best nickname for Ryan Doumit yesterday at the home opener. Ryan "The Big Tease" Doumit. I think we should try to get this to stick. Especially with all the times he comes up to the plate with runners on and you're hoping for some a homer, or double or even just a nice solid single and he gives you a ground into double play. Even though you're a known tease Ryan Doumit you still get me excited every time you step up to the plate

Bucs Dugout The Mad Capper

From what I have been reading on the hot stove, the primary suitor for Matt Capps in the Nationals... My only problem with the Nyjer Morgan Trade (besides losing a gentleman such as Tony Plush), was trading away a solid lefty in Burnett. Now seeing that the Nats are so interested in Capps I wish Neal would have pushed for him rather than Burnett to be traded. I guess I just found this to be ironic

Bucs Dugout Opinions on Andy

Andy LaRoche started the season out 0 for 18 at the plate at the beginning of the season. Was hitting around .300 around June and has shown a good glove over at 3rd base. The average is down to .247 and the power numbers have been very slight this season with 21 2B, 5 3B, & 9 HRs. However LaRoche doesn't have bad strikeout numbers (75 in 542 TPA) and he's been getting better at drawing walks. Does LaRoche still have the potential to live up to his minor league pedigree or is this it?
