so for father's day and my birthday this year my wife said that she would buy me tickets to the big east tourney this year (never been before).  what's the best way to go about buying tickets?  like, who is the 'official' ticket broker?  i see a lot of random sites out there selling tickets but they look pretty sketchy.  when is the best time to buy them?  any insight would be appreciated.  thanks in advance!
