Why is our Home form so poor recently?

Recent media reports have suggested that it may be due to the tense atmosphere since Rafa has arrived.

I thought I would look into it:

Man CIty (0-0): We would have taken this result before the game.

Fulham (0-0): Our record vs. Fulham has never been good.

VIlla (8-0): Win!!!!!

QPR (0-1): Weekday game and Rafa rested some players.

Swansea (0-2): defensive mistakes...

I would say that the QPR result was really the only bad one. Swansea was unlucky and I think we will win the away leg and qualify for the final.

What are the possible reasons:

Tactics: Team sit back against us at the Bridge: Probably true
Fans: The fans do make the Bridge now probably feel like an away ground. I only watch games on tv every week as do not live in London anymore but I definitely do think the away support is more vocal.
Complacency: I think most fans would have thought QPR would have been easy. They drew with Spurs and their league table position is not reflective of the squad.
Rising up to the Challenge: I think we have faced stronger opposition away recently have risen to it.

Overall: I don't think you can blame any specific issue but I do believe that they all contribute. Fans should probably do what others have been saying: if you don't like Benitez, why not don't sing his name. But booing our players and manager does not help anyone.

I am excited by reports that Theo Walcott will sign for Chelsea.

Here are the reasons why:

He is an excellent player and I think he will provide excellent competition for Torres and our right wing position.
He is only 23, so even if he leaves in 5 years, he will be 28 and we are likely to make a profit (FFP purposes: Important).
This will weaken Arsenal and prevent Man Utd, Man City or Liverpool signing him.
It is good to have English players in team for quota purposes and since Studge, Lamps, Cole and Terry will likely leave in the near future.
He will only cost 15m pounds

I can't think of any negatives, he definitely improves what we currently have and is a versatile.
