I have been watching Lakers Basketball since around 1981, and I have seen ups and downs from the team. By downs I mean not doing so well in the playoffs, since we almost always make them pesky playoffs. I have seen a few superstars come and go....but the length of time we have had our CURRENT superstar and the ups and downs he has had (and by downs i mean that he looks more like at the bottom of the top ten in the NBA then #1)

Sir Charles Barkley love him or hate him he has his own way of buisness. He is not afraid to say his mind and has pissed off plenty of us basketball fans. He recently said some things about Lebron that make me laugh because it is Barkley doin his thang! Check it out!

After being a fan of the Lakers my whole life.....since bout 1980 I have never had so much fun talking about my team. I became a member last year and did alot of reading as all you sexy people posted on this blog. A few months back I jumped into the fray and have rode the magic carpet ever since. INSTANTLY I was welcomed and treated with respect from fellow bloggers (some of which I had been reading for a long time) and talked Basketball and especially Lakers.
The Admins and Writters are some of the best at their job and craft and always make you think of both sides while you read their saucy reports and articles. They actively get involved with bloggin and are some of the coolest VIP's on the internet!
We here at SS&R are very open to fans of other teams comming over and talking some basketball or even a little shit. We let them go and throw some frags before we take em down with our Strykers and Blackhawks. Everything is alot of fun as we make them feel "at home" in the enemy's house.
Needless to say we ROCK and this site rocks as well. I want to thank all of you for the experiences and conversations we have shared and the future ones yet to be had.
