Cooper receives 2 medical redshirt years from NCAA

This means he received an ordinary redshirt for the first ACL tear, and two medical redshirt years for the second and third ACL tears. If Coop can stay healthy, expect to see him in the purple and gold through the 2016 season. Talk about senior leadership!

2-year Husky Expectations

We all know that the expectations for this football team are on the rise. Sark has all of his guys in, the defensive staff has been upgraded, there are talented starters on both offense and...

A new era: dare to dream

As much as we all try to remain objective and logical in our expectations for each season, it is fall camp and I find myself putting on my purple tinted shades once again. Something special is...

Paul Myerberg (formerly of pre-snap read) has UW 41st in country

I really love Paul's thorough breakdown of every team in the FBS. He is not too bullish on the Huskies for the upcoming season, but the detail in his rundown is still impressive.

The field goal posts are up!

I don't know if anyone else will be as excited as I am about this, but it is finally starting to look like a football stadium again.

WSU WR Wilson reportedly quits

If he really quit, Leach might be done at WSU a lot sooner than we thought.

Could Oregon Ducks be deemed repeat offenders?

"According to NCAA rule, a school "shall be considered a 'repeat' violator if the Committee on Infractions finds that a major violation has occurred within five years of the starting date of a major penalty." The penalty for Oregon's last major violation started May 4, 2004. The Ducks are on the hook for "failure to monitor" starting in 2008. By my math that makes them a repeat offender... bring down the hammer!

How do you feel about recruiting?

I want to start off with a quick shout out to all of the players that have joined the DAWG pack this year. Welcome aboard! We in Husky nation are absolutely nuts about everything related to Husky...

Price breaks into Pre-Snap Read's Heisman watch list

Price is currently listed 8th. Paul Myerberg is waiting for a single great play that sticks with voters and launches one of the talented candidates above the rest. He goes on to say that a brilliant performance by Price coupled with an upset of Stanford could be just the thing.

New Husky Recruit Darien Washington High Jump

I couldn't find any football film on him, but he has got some definite hops!

Moving the Dawg Pack

The athletics department announces definite move of the student section in renovated Husky Stadium.

Rooting for Pac 10 or against Ducks?

This topic has come up on a couple of threads, but I wanted to really get a feel for where Husky Nation stands. Which is the lesser of two evils? Is there any way both teams can lose? A massive...
