Ok... I am trying to eat my delicious breakfast consisting of Fruity Pebbles & orange juice and that Delocated Adult Swim ad keeps popping up everywhere on Field Gulls. It makes me lose my appetite. Can we get a different ad up there that doesn't feature a sickly, near-naked man who is in major need of some sun? That doesn't make me want to watch the show. How about something sports related? I mean, this is a sports website... right? An ad for Seahawks gear, that is something I would click on.

The Cincinnati Enquirer is reporting, via Twitter, that the New York Jets, Minnesota Vikings, San Diego Chargers and Atlanta Falcons have made trade offers for Seattle Seahawks WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh, who is expected to be released if he's not traded.

Houshmandzadeh, 32, made 79 receptions last season and would be the ideal slot receiver. The Jets expressed an interest in re-signing Laveranues Coles after Week 1, when his salary wouldn't be guaranteed, but he has dropped hints about retiring.

If Houshmandzadeh gets released, he'd be a bargain. He could sign for the minimum ($855,000), and the Seahawks would be on the hook for $6 million-plus.
