So being in SEattle, am already planning a trip to Chavez next september to be at Vin's last game.  Had an idea (am sure others have as well) and thought ohe of you could pass along it along to their marketing/PR folks.  What if that last game they broadcast his call over the Stadium PA?   How cool would that be?  Some might think it distracting, but I think for this one game, it would be great.

Worse case everyone will bring headsets, but think it would be a neat tribute to Mr. Dodger.  THoughts?

I like Andre and his future just as much as the next guy.  And his walk-offs the last 12 months have been fantastic.  But he is batting .247 and according to ESPN last night is amoung the top of batters hitting into double plays.  At what point does it make sense to start Pierre in right?  I really think its something that Torre should be considering.  Is he?  What are your thoughts on benching Andre for a while?

Been reading your articles since the season began, and really appreciate your work!  I forward a lot of your articles to fellow dodgers. They have fantastic insight and allow me to 'converse' with even more dodger fans.

Am very much looking to the series in Chicago.  Would be thrilled with a split and like that many of the games will be televised nationally.
