Never been to Buffalo. Never lived in New York. Nevertheless, I have been an avid fan and supporter since 1988 when I was first learning the alphabet.

In the video on NFL.com Darues refers to a poll of the fans approval of him at 96%. That has to be us.
Beast Mode = Earthquake
Lynch's 67 yard registered as an earthquake on saturday, seriously. No joke. The 12th man in Seattle can rock a stadium.
I was sad to see Marshawn go, but I knew it was necessary. He just wasn't going to be our guy. On the other hand at least he went out better than Willis and came to my town. I may be a Bills fan but this city is pumped for the Hawks and its hard not to get excited. Lynch is the type who can feed off Seattle's energy. Keep it up Lynch.
With the #3 pick in the 2011 NFL Draft, should the Buffalo Bills select Nick Fairley?
via blogs.ajc.com
With the season finally coming to an end, Bills fans are undoubtedly beginning to look forward to the time of year when we have hope, the draft. After watching our putrid defensive effort all year, many are calling for a first round pick that can make our defensive front seven formidable against the run, and capable of rushing the passer. Those hopes and dreams have directed many into the Nick Fairley camp, where the physical specimen has dominated at Auburn all year. Fairley plays hard and to the whistle, and often past the whistle with late hits, low blows, take downs and lowered helmet collisions. Fairley's antics have convinced many to label him the dirtiest player in college football. Does Fairley's issues affect the chances of him becoming a Buffalo Bill and would you make a move for Fairley if he is available at #3?
Introducing CB John Destin
I am kind of excited about his guy, and not just because he wasn't drafted by Dick Jauron. This kid is somebody we can root for, not unlike our repeater Ellis Lankster. Destin had no interest out of High School and took to bagging groceries. WIth some hard work and dedication he managed to save enough money to attend Junior College where he played one season of football. Following that year, he compiled a video montage of his work and sent it to every school he could find an address for and was offered a scholarship to play football for the University of Tulsa.
At Tulsa he played some very physical football which you will undoubtedly notice in the highlight video. The kid uses his bump off the line like he is the zero gap nose we have all been waiting for. He isn't the fastest or the strongest, but he seems to have a nose for the ball and brings a physical mindset to his game that may earn him a roster spot. Keep an eye on him.
Cloggin' The Boards With A Trade Happy 7 Round Dreamy Draft
Okay here is my one and only attempt at my Bills draft, my extremely trade-happy Bills Draft. For the record I don't think we are going to find our QB answer in this draft. I am planning on letting the current roster battle it out with any possible free agents and let the chips fall where they may. Next year could be a different story though.
I think all the trades are of fair value. I know I did a lot of acquiring and getting rid of picks, and we need players, but I think this draft would land us 6 POTENTIAL STARTERS. I will take 6 starting quality prospects over 12 not so good players any day. Here it goes….
The Obligatory I want Tebow post
via georgetonian.files.wordpress.com
Introducing #15, Superman, Tim Tebow. Tebow has just completed perhaps the most storied career in college football history. In the last three years he has passed for almost 8500 yards, thrown for 85 touchdowns, won two National Championships, won the Heisman Trophy, broken 3 NCAA records, 13 SEC records, and 21 University of Florida records.
In tonight's 51-24 victory in the Sugar Bowl, Tebow played like the Superman Gator Nation has proclaimed him to be. Tebow completed 31-35 passes for 482 yards and three touchdowns. Does he have what it takes to help the Bills?
Who is the odd man out?
I believe that most of us have had the 2009 offensive line pretty much penciled in since the end of the draft. The strong public opinion shows Langston Walker and Brad Butler manning the tackles, Eric Wood at right guard, Hangartner at center, and an open competition at left guard between Kirk Chambers and Andy Levitre.
Now we are starting to hear (Brian's must read on Bell) about our talented tackle prospect Demetrius Bell. I have always really liked the promise Bell has showed in his short football career and highly anticipate his "arrival". The question is, when will he be ready, and when he is qualified, who's assignment will he overtake?
My assumption would be that Bell will start his NFL career playing as a right tackle, the less demanding of the two tackle positions, until he can gather enough experience to make the switch to his more natural position, left tackle.
If Bell continues to improve, and he has shown no signs of losing momentum, when does he get on the field?
