Via the AP, it seems that Michigan WR Darryl Stonum has received two years of probation stemming from an arrest for driving while impaired. Hopefully Darryl can put this behind him and move on with his life as he works toward a degree from the University of Michigan. Sadly, he's had probation issues in the past - but we're all rooting for him to take the necessary steps to continue toward a bright future.

Sorry to cut Dave short, but the new Sports Illustrated piece on the OSU scandals by Pulitzer winner George Dohrmann just broke. Check it out immediately. Dohrmann has a long and impressive track record, and his piece is incredible.

This one shouldn't surprise anyone, but Terry Richardson, a four-star CB prospect out of Cass Tech, has announced his intentions to play for the Maize and Blue. Michigan needed a solid corner in this class, and they got one - Richardson's offer sheet is impressive. I'm not going to beat a dead horse about size, but he is fairly smallish - Cass Tech seems to pump out kids like this though, and the kid's got game.
